While passing through the area on a 45 day Rv trip. I needed to get my nails done. (We are on day 36) I'm so glad I picked this spot. The staff were friendly, engaging and so polite! I called on Tuesday and made a appointment for Friday at 11. I couldn't be more pleased with my nails and toes. (Gel on both) I will definitely be back when going through this area again. First, I know they are extremely busy because it's summer time, however, I made an appointment the day before and when we got there they did not have chairs ready for us. Again, I know that it's the busy season, but that was just the beginning. From there the water was extremely hot (which they fixed), the cuticle removal was extremely painful and broke the skin, the leg scrub was one of the roughest experiences I have ever had, and the overall experience was full of reused/unsanitary tools and products. It was honestly one of the worst pedicures I've ever had. That being said, the personality of the employees was very pleasant, the community feel was really nice, and the color choices were decent. Ultimately, this experience was a major disappointment for me. I don't think I'll go back. It was a one and done for me. read more

In an abundance of planning (sarcasm!).. I decided I wanted to get a Mani/pedi at the last minute before a vacation. I called PG and got a same day appointment. Hooray! From a technical standpoint, the Mani/pedi are on point. Their base pedi is what other places call their "spa" pedi. Was wonderful! The manicure is wonderful, not sloppy like other places I've been to. Love the work! Now, where PG stood out is in the customer service department. Whaaaat you might ask? When was the last time a salon called you back after you got cut off? Uh, lol, you think I'm lying... Nope. Nancy is incredible! Called me back, got me set up with the unicorn appointment. She's kind, funny and makes you feel like she's known you forever. Didn't feel like a typical nail place where it's essentially a factory. I was in the area having breakfast with my sister, and afterwards decided to get a pedicure, as I really needed one. I searched the surrounding area for nail salons, and I'm so happy I found this gem. I didn't have an appointment, but they took me in anyway. Their classic pedicure includes a lot of things that would be determined "deluxe" in a lot of other nail salons, so you certainly get a lot for what you pay for. Also, I wasn't 100% happy with the color I chose, and Nancy my nail tech, was kind enough to find the perfect shade for me, even after she had already started. And she was so sweet about it! I also liked that they weren't very overcrowded and stressful like other nail salons. I don't live in the area, but it is worth the trip, definitely coming back! read more

Ouch! Ouch! Ouch! The entire pedicure hurt. From her cutting my nails to short, digging around and cutting my skin even the file for calluses hurt. I'm anticipating getting ingrown toe nails from the way she cut my nails. Very disappointed. Gone down hill for sure. read more

This is my favorite place ever. PG and Nancy are amazing. I get the best leg and foot massage with my pedicure. They do not skimp on any service. They are awesome. I won't go anywhere else EVER. You won't be disappointed by their service...especially the pedicures. So Tina just purchased all new massage chairs! They are so incredible they put a liner in the pedicure bowl so it feels so sanitary. They use a pedi kit that they send home with you if you prefer. Love this place over and over. A few weeks ago I made a reservation for five women to get pedicures and manicures for my sister's birthday. I made the appointment well in advance to ensure that we could all get in and get the services. When we arrived we were asked if we had an appointment - although nobody looked to confirm our appointment and services. We were sat down for our pedicures - which were mediocre at best (cold water, no scrubbing, etc.) - we were a little disappointed from what we've experienced in past visits. When we were finished with our pedicures I asked about our manicures and was told there wasn't enough time and other appointments were coming. We were confused because we had scheduled our appointments to ensure we could get the services we requested. We ended up leaving to a nearby salon to get our manicures. I have been a client of PG since opening and I have always enjoyed the people and the service I receive so this experience was very unfortunate. I would like to suggest that maybe appointments be written down and confirmed with clients when they arrive to avoid this issue in the future. It doesn't seem like there really is a scheduling system. read more

Made an appointment for a pedicure my lunch hour - as I work close by. My appointment was for 1:00 (they already had Noon, my first choice, booked, which wasn't a big deal...) and I got there right on time. I picked my colors and sat down in the chair. Water was boiling, but corrected right away. Again, no big deal. In fact, I sat there for the water to get very cool as I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time (there were 5 customers in the salon, and only 2 techs working). I had to get up and leave, as I was due back to work. I explained myself as I left, but nothing was said to compensate me the time I had wasted there. Today was my first visit. I was disappointed to see how dirty the floors were and how the overall store didn't feel clean. When I was getting my pedicure, she started trimming down the sides of my toenails and I told her not to because my nail beds are quite curved and it can cause in-grown toenails, but she continued to do so anyway. Sure enough, tonight the nail she cut that way is super sore. I just hope it doesn't lead to an infection. My experience also makes me wonder if the training they have received is up to par or if it's just what you get when you pay $23. Sadly, I won't be back. read more

Vietnamese family operated. I personally think that the Vietnamese are the best in the industry. My shellac is always great and it lasts me at least 4 weeks. Sometimes you have to wait a long time if you are a walk in. Weekday mornings is the best time to visit this place. read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED! The lady did not listen to what I wanted and tried correcting me when I said I wanted something different. (the shape, I wanted more round and she was no it round. but it WASN'T!! They are square). She made it seem like I was an inconvenience and all she did was talk to her friend that walked in about 10 minutes into the service. Lastly, I came to get my nails done to relax and have some me time. She not only filed down my nails with the automatic device but she did it to the point it was burning me and the total service was only 20 min!!!! To me this was the worst service I have received at a nail salon and I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!! I came to place with my cousin on a Saturday & she had an appointment scheduled at 5:30pm, didn't get called in until about 6:00pm and didn't get done until 7:25pm! Wth?!? The lady that was doing her nails was in a rush because it was closing hour, her phone kept going off & she was answering it. After my cousin got her nails done, we left & it wasn't even nice! Her white tip wasn't nice at all! The lady kept making decisions for my cousin when she wanted one specific thing done! My cousin will never go back! I went back on a Monday to get shellac done & all in all I get the same lady! Some places that I know of actually clean cuticles before applying shellac! This lady just went straight to filing & starting polishing. She didn't even polish it nice. She was moving wayyyy toooooo fast! After everything was done, she filed the sides down & my left thumb is freakin ugly! (well all of my ten fingers are ugly!!!) I had gunk underneath my nails. I shouldn't have even tipped her!
