Zero star review...do not know the name of the male technician that did my nails but he was horrible. Kept saying how tired he was, huffing and puffing while doing my nails, cut my skin (see photo), rushed, and was very aggressive with my hands. This nail salon was very clean and the interior was well decorated! The service I recieved was below average, I got SNS and the nail technician didn't do a manicure (nail prep, remove cuticle, or shape the nail). After the service was done they then asked if I had wanted a manicure and they were sorry they forgot to ask me. Additionally the nails have started lifting only 5 days later due to the lack of nail prep which is very disappointing. read more

I was at Ivy Nails in Bountiful. They require masks for guests and they had them on. They had plexiglass stands that were not intrusive at all that went over my feet once I sat down for the pedicure. They also had plexiglass on their desks that I slipped my hands under. I felt very safe. Everyone washed their hands when they arrived and the people did too before they started working on you. So I went here to get my nails done with my mom. We were set for a mani pedi. The chick who did my nails left me with my toes half done -- the tech who was doing my mom's nails ended up finishing them. She also demanded that I remove my jewelry for the manicure, which she did while reaching over me while I sat on the pedicure table. I left and returned 10 minutes later when I realized I didn't have my jewelry. I found my cheapie right hand ring -- but not my wedding set. We searched everywhere for 2 hours and I don't think that place has ever cleaned anything. There was dead skin, nail clippings, white powder from acrylics EVERYWHERE. So gross. I couldn't believe I'd just gotten my nails done there. Sadly, I don't know what happened to my wedding set, but I'd never go back based on the filthiness alone. read more

I love this place, I have been going here for over five years and never had a complaint. The women here are fantastic. They are easy to talk to, perform a fantastic job, and really listen to what you say. Want to use your own nail polish? No problem. Want a different shape, style, or design to your nail? This place was super unsanitary. She got the tools out from some little kit and they had leftover skin on them from the previous person. She didn't use a base coat at all on my fingers or toes. She used a ripped paper towel to separate my toes. They reused the same towel on the manicure table from before, they just shook it off and put it back. I should have listened to prior reviews. I went there once to get shellac and a pedi done. I don't feel like they did even a decent job. I'm used to my shellac/gel lasting at least 6 days. I only got about 2 out of that set. The overall feeling I got there is that it's not very clean. I won't be going again. read more

I've been her multiple times and i'm in love with it. they have good service with free snacks and cool drinks. They are now run by new owners who are more organized, clean, and a better service than the last owners. i highly recommend it. There were no issues with me and friends that have been there also. It's an amazing place even with a couple workers, you really get to be friends with them personally. I had a horrible experience here! It took the girl 2.5hrs to remove my nails, and do a new set. She made me bleed 4times, glued on my nails crooked on two fingers, thankfully I noticed right away and and her re-glue before she started the acrylic. I normally do not say anything, but I have realized that I am the one that has to walk out of there, and if I am not happy with my nails then its my fault for not speaking up. This time I voiced every concern...they looked good after she was finally done, but then the nails started to life after a week!!! It was definitely not worth my time or the one week of good nails. A friend at work said to only see Tracy ( the owner) I found that out afterwords....Tracy was there and she saw that I was frustrated and upset and she didn't step in once to help her employee or her customer out. OH and I had an appointment and I still had to wait 30min to be seen, I was there all and all for three hours from 10-1 WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! read more

The girl who did my acrylics spent the whole time she was doing my nails on her cell phone on speaker, so I had to listen to her and whomever she was on with the whole time. She was not paying attention to what she was doing and over filed my nails so they hurt and pinched my fingers. I thought it was very rude to talk on phone the whole time and so did the other 3 people who came in with me, one for acrylics and the other two for pedi's, although the jobs were fine, because of one rude tech, none of us will be back. read more

I love this place, bummed I just found this place after living in UT for 4 Years now. I have been getting my nails done since I was 16 so I know what to expect. I call them for an appointment and they fit me in and are ready to go when I arrive. The guy there does my nails and I'm amazed how well they don't lift even after 3 weeks. He does exactly what you ask for and I get compliments on my nails all the time. The place is very clean they even use a dust buster to pickup the drilling off of my old polish before filling them. They are nice and polite offering bottled water while you are there. I recently tried eyelash extensions and I'm amazed how quickly June does it and how meticulous she is placing every one. They look great and so is the price I suggest you check them out. I get so many compliments at work of them and my husband loves them too. I can't speak to the other reviews in previous years but they don't match anything I have seen in the past 2 months. This place is the best hidden little secret in bountiful I've found. read more

I have gone to Ivy Nails (Jenny) for over a year. They are prompt, courteous and do a great job. I like that they use a personal care kit that is then thrown away or given to you. I have always been given slippers and a little thing between my toes that is foam for comfort. Great place. They are busy so call to make an appt if you can on weekends. Great place! read more

This place is very dirty and not sanitized at all. DO NOT and I mean DO NOT get a pedicure here. Horrible. I called and made an appointment for my 8 1/2 month pregnant daughter and asked for someone really good that will do a good job. We have gotten pedicures before at different places and this was by far the worst. It was only about 15 mins total. Did not do or have the scrubby stuff that feels and smells really good. And the massage with the lotion was only about a min. on each leg. And to make it worse it was 25 dollars instead of the 20 we usually pay. The only reason we even came here from our regular place is someone told me it was good for nails. Number one nails in Bountiful does great pedicures but only ask for Tina or Van.
