I scheduled a baby sitter and had to pay her twice. I'm sitting here in the parking lot and it's been 40 minutes and no one is here! I'm just really frustrated because it's a lot to get a baby sitter, leave my son and to pay out the money to get my nails done. Response to the owner: I didn't need to call ahead of time because one of your employees told me to come in at 10am. I will never return here. There are way too many good salons with great customer service in the area.
