To start off my nails where burning any time she added a nail tip like she was mixing chemicals she shouldn't of, she cut my pinky with the drill and continued to put acetone then tried to close the cut with nail glue , put acrylic on my actual finger and I had to file it off at home , and totally did not do what I asked and my nail polish was smudge when I got gel, how do u smudge gel polish then over priced me overall bad experience sadly and now I can't get my money back :( read more

NEGATIVE STARS!!!!! Soon as I got there - tells me to sit down - which I was still trying to figure out what color I wanted. She makes me sit down and put my feet in COLD WATER! It's like 20 degrees outside then she just starts to tell me which pedicure I wanted I said just the basic but tells me it'll be $45.00 then wants to tell me if I wanted to get a manicure too! Well how would I know if they are good or not when I've never been here! She was really ruff with my feet and cut my nails really short it hurts - but screw what I have to say. When she took the light off and I notice the child's paint job on my toes and the cut all crooked she got upset that I critiqued her job and goes to tell me to calm down - I was calmed down- she got more upset when I told her - Nevermind- cause she blamed the color white was no good - (funny how I've gotten my toes done before in white) then I just asked if she can just take it off- I'll do them at home. She says "why chu so mean" then speaking in another language - so I called my daughter and started to speak in my language she tells me - don't speak to me. When I wasn't - she kept saying - calm down. Then I just said - I am You need to calm down. She then demanded $25.00 for the SO CALLED job she did which was ZERO! I said "I'll give you $10 bucks but you didn't do anything but hurt my feet. Cut my toes crooked and paint job was HORRIBLE! So I told her. "No wonder no one is here this PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!! She tried to give me back the $10 bucks as she's following me outside saying something - I walked around the corner and she's still chasing me outside. I popped in here because of a much long overdue pedi and I'm so glad I found this place. I walked in and asked how long the wait was for a pedi and did not have to wait longer than 2 minutes even though they were busy. The tech in the front was very nice and the girl who did my pedi was super nice as well. She did a great job with my pedi. I really like this place, it's clean and the service is great. The prices are a bit higher than where I usually go but you get what you pay for and I am very satisfied. read more

I always loved the way they do nails but for some advice ask for the price up front before doing anything!! They completely over charged me. I've come here several times in the past and prices haven't changed much, but today I was told my pedicure would be $100 just for an acrylic set on my toes I didn't want gel polish or any fancy designs it was a pretty basic set. in the past it's been around $65 including French tip. idk if the lady just felt like increasing the price, but it felt sketchy when she broke down the price. I tried to lower the price by selecting a cheaper pedicure bundle but she stated she already brought the stuff from the back so it wasn't possible to change even though majority of it was not opened or used. There used to be another staff when I used to come here in the past they were younger and nicer. They usually always answered my questions and concerns nicely and really tried to perfect my toes how I envisioned. I don't know if that whole staff has gotten fired but they made the experience amazing, now it's just grumpy older staff scamming you into extremely expensive prices. WOW! I don't think I've ever had such a bad job on my nails. I like how a dipped nail looks but needed a convenient salon, close to my home. When asked if I want my nails shorter, I said, Yes, a bit. She took clippers and cut took them just past my fingertips! She chose not to file off all the blue dip color and I had chosen a light pink for my new color. As she shaped my nails she kept filing the tips of my fingers along with the nail! She proceeded to dip my nails three times and the pink didn't cover the blue. At first she was telling me that when finished they look pretty. I wasn't accepting that. She assured me that they have the matching color in a gel and she'd just paint my nails over the dip. Then we tried desperately to match the pink. When it was clear they DIDN'T have the same pink I chose a color that was acceptable. She then painted my nails with an additional two coats of a lighter pink. And the lighter color didn't cover at the edge of my nails. So, now I have a pretty light pink polish on the nail and a darker pink around my cuticles. It looks like $hhhiTTT! NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WON'T BE USING ST NAILS EVER AGAIN! JUST WOW read more

If I could give a zero I really would. Didn't sanitize any of the tools. Murdered my cuticles multiple times I'm scared I'm going to get fungus or something. I asked for a thick, deep tip on the French tips and he didn't understand anything I said. He touched my blood from the cut cuticles and then just sat another girl in the seat after me, doing her nails with tools and hands that came in contact WITH MY BLOOD. Didn't mention any prices until after the fact and tried charging me $75 for the shortest acrylics I've ever had in my life. Worst experience at a nail salon. I went here originally for a pedicure , to soak off my acrylic nails and get a mani. as he's ripping off my acrylic nails he's breaking my real nail and basically made my pinky bleed and broke my real nail in half. So I told him just to do a soak off. As they soaked off another lady came and said that if I do gel my nails will look to bumpy and that acrylic would help them even out. So she puts glue on the finger they made me bleed and glued my other nail that they broke. once they were done they were so thick and uneven. And I told them to remove them and the lady goes " you Should have told me you wanted them thinner." I thought i was about to have a good experience when i went in to get a full set. I had showed a picture and they were hesitant but assured me they could do the design. I kept saying "If you can't do the design it's okay i have other options that are simpler!" Once again they reassured me it could be done. When she was finished I went to pay and the base starting price was $45 I was charged $95 not including the tip. I payed but then I came back in 5 minutes later because my nail had a bump, apart of the french tip was missing paint, and the bottom of my nail by my cuticle was stuck together and it was hurting. They fixed the mistakes and I left out of town for my vacation. Not even 3 days after getting them done two of my nails chip A LOT! I called them and they said they would fix it. I go into the salon and at this point I don't want them to fix it just for the nail polish to chip again. I asked if they could do a partial refund and they could take the nails off. I had the best experience at ST Nails Spa. Sonny did my nails and this set is my favorite set ever!! Sonny and Elly are very kind and they keep the atmosphere very relaxing. Their shop is gorgeous on the inside. You can tell they care about their salon by the beautiful interior, they keep the place very clean as well. Sonny asked me what I wanted, I just told him some lavender and he went full creative with it and they are stunning. This place is gorgeous. I went with my girlfriend yesterday since she wanted to get her nails done--we walked in without an appointment. At first, I thought it would take a long time. But no it quite fast, I'm happy with the services. The owners are so hospitable; my GF did nail design. I forgot her name, but she did an excellent job. My GF keeps telling me next time we travel to Utah; we should do nails here because her friends said her nails look flawless and unique design. I did my nails on a Thursday and one broke off on sunday i came back to get the nail fixed and I obviously asked for the chick who did my nails and she had just finished someones nails and instead of getting my only one nail out of the way she takes another client and tells me she doesnt know how long she'll be done and asked if i can take someone so else i told her id wait and i asked about how long she think shell take and she didnt even know how to answer . So my first experience getting a pedicure here was so amazing, I was hoping to make this Salon my go to place. Don't go in for a pedicure when they are busy. I paid for the Golden pedicure, which includes an extra massage, and I didn't receive any message. I had to cut my toenails once I got home, and the nail polish was smudged. While this nail shop could accommodate me pretty quickly, I still had to wait about 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment. That's pretty typical so it didn't bother me too much, but the experience was not the greatest and I probably won't go back. I showed a picture of the design I wanted and they were able to match it pretty good but any little add-on, shape or color cost money so be prepared to spend a lot if you're going in with multiple colors and a design in mind. Also, my nail tech seem to be in a rush and she did not shape my nails all the same. Some are wider than others and some are shorter than others. I also asked her to make the acrylic thinner because it was very bulky for my taste and she told me that I should've told her that in the beginning. I also asked for two coats of top gel after we were done, and she was frustrated and said I should have told her in the beginning. It was my first time there so I didn't know you had to ask for these pretty standard things. I also have multiple nails with air bubbles and smudged top coat. Anywhere else I have been to usually asks if I am happy with the shape with the length and the width all of that. This place didn't do that and I felt almost bad for asking. It felt rushed and I felt like my nail tech was a little bit rude. It wasn't worth the price for me and now I am home trying to fix my nails. I was too annoyed to ask her AGAIN to fix my nails. I was initially optimistic that this salon would be different than the usual 'nail chop shops'. At first the level of service was phenomenal, the techs were friendly and the upmost care was taken to ensure the integrity of the client's nail health. As of late, they have new staff that are rude and rush dremling the nail down to nothing rather than properly removing the gel polish. This is done out of laziness, and valuing salon volume over quality of work. I have spoken up when the tech has burned my nails from the Dremel, and was met with an annoyed attitude, as they begrudgingly scraped (proper protocol for removal) the remaining polish off. My nails are painfully thin and my last manicure lasted a whole 3 days before chipping and my nails tearing. If you value your nail health to ensure that you can enjoy continued manicures, I would seek out another salon that is vetted by someone you know personally. The Dremel should not solely be used to remove gel polish!!!!! read more
