DONT GO HERE!! Save yourself!! I went in to get a new set of nail and asked her to take off my old set. She ripped up my old nails with a metal plate with a handle on it like what is use in putting up drywall. And I was sweating and in pain. Physical pain from her ripping up my nail beds. I was just in shock!! Complete shock of how she was doing it and the amount of pain I was in from this. I chose to get out when she was done ripping up my nail beds. I will never return to this place again. To pretend. I wasn't in pain was terrible on Their part. The other person came over and checked and said well it all over now. Your fine. Was a 5Star until Tina left! I was recommended by a friend to go here. I had never really found a nail tech that could duplicate Pinterest and internet images until I came here and was introduced to "TINA" omg she's the best. And this was a great place until she left my sister has had her nails done there 2 times now and they are left ugly and botched. Not even coffin shaped at all, I'm so sad.cuz it was so close. Tina has moved to LaLa nails & spa in Taylorsville so I will follow the tech who can do nails. ALL NAILS WERE DONE BY TINA ONLY except the toes. read more

I honestly love how they do the nails here. Always efficient and their prices are affordable! They have a wide options for colors in gel and regular polish. They also have pedicures and waxing. They do well with children from what I have seen. Highly recommend. read more

More like Stop don't go in there nails!! The customer service was decent but the service was god awful. I got full set with short nails, square shaped. The nails are extremely bulky and too wide. She only shaped the base of the nails and left the ends how she cut them. When she added the polish she put the coats entirely too thick, it looks like I have pink bubble gum squares on my hands! And I went with a group of friends they rushed on all of our nails as well as pedicures! Would not recommend!! read more

I went in the morning during the weekday to avoid the long wait and was helped immediately. I got the shellac/gel + manicure and it was 25$. I'm not sure the name of the lady that helped me but she was so nice. She was very delicate with my brittle nails (I'm a nail bitter) and took her time on my nails. The one thing I will say though is that I got a sparkly color and with only two coats it was pretty transparent, so I ended up going back later in the day to get another coat (no extra charge). read more

Stop 4 crappy service. Nail techs aren't very nice. I've never had a pedicure where my feet weren't soft after I left. She barely scrubbed my feet. Maybe two scrubs per foot was all she did. They weren't very busy when I went with my sister but they seemed to rush through everything. Then for my manicure the nail tech, Kim wasn't friendly at all. When she was done with one hand she'd just PUSH it away from her to cue me that she wanted my other hand. Why couldn't you just tell me to switch hands? Why do you keep shoving my hands away. My sisters nail tech kept doing the same thing. They weren't very nice at all. Didn't ask me any questions about the shape I wanted or anything. Didnt even bother talking to me. Why do you do this for a living if you're just going to be rude to your customers? Two stars because my nails look okay but I won't pay money to be treated like that. Their customer service is shit! I was supposed to get charged $48 for a gel mani and reg pedi but two days later while I'm checking my bank I see they charged me $105. I thought no big deal I'll just call in and they'll help right? I had to call in five times before there was an answer and the first lady that answered was rude asf, she transferred me to someone else and I told her the situation and she said there was "nothing they could do about it" she didn't even try to help or maybe they just didn't want to. I would not recommend this place. They man handle you, insult you, talk crap on you in their native language. I don't mind you talking to your coworkers but body language says a lot and I could tell what they were saying was rude and if it was in English it wouldn't have been said to my face. My mom and I went in and she grabbed my moms hands, looked at them, then threw my moms hands up and walked away to get someone else to do them. She has normal hands, she gets them manicured regularly so there was no reason for that. She also used the same cuticle clipper to cut her own nails then in the next move cut my moms cuticles. She didn't sanitize them or anything in between. I got my nails done on Tuesday I was moving a kitchen chair 2 days later and it broke. So I went back in to get it fixed, 3 people had to look at the nail then they were talking and laughing. The first girl started fixing it then stopped 1/3 of the way and had another girl come and fix it. They are just rude and unprofessional and I am never going back. I've been Coming here for about 4 years on and off when my nail girl isn't available. I have never had a problem until yesterday. I went in for a basic fill and was sent home with bulky, uneven, lumpy, nails with sloppy gel polish. When I called to explain that my nails were horrendous, I was told to come back in so that they can file and reshape them for me. No problem! However, when I arrived Annie, who had done the set began to speak to the owner. Shortly after I was approached to have my nails assessed. I was then told "she did the best she could, my nails were long and they are not capable of doing a basic fill on long nails." I was also told "I spoke to her and that's as good as they're getting and my nails were a good set." (Photos attached for you to judge.) I mentioned if they did not have adequate training they should not allow Annie to do nails and requested a refund so that I could get them fixed elsewhere. My refund was also declined! NAILS 4 U was able to get me in 30 minutes before close and dedicated 2 hours to FIXING my botched fill. I'm still amazed that he was able to do so since they were beyond repair according to this salon. Poor customer service. Poor workmanship. Save your money and go ANYWHERE else! I am so thankful for Brian at NAILS 4 U who was willing to put in the time and dedication to fix my once bulky set!! This will be the last time I enter this poorly ran establishment. read more

I had the worst experience! I've been a customer for many years! The lady could not understand my request when I tried to show her she would slap my hand away. After multiple times of trying to get her to do what I wanted I finally gave up. I had shellac put on my nails and it chipped and peeled after a few days. I went back and ask to speak to the person in charge privately and she wanted to do it right there in front of the customers. I explained that the shellac is peeling off and chipped and the sides we're not done the tips were very small when I ask them to be wider and as you can see on the pictures very uneven. All I asked for was a discount and that I could come back the following week because I was moving! She agreed to redo my nails and made the appointment! I went in and she was late! Then she proceeds to come over and tell me she is only going to fix the One Nail after she agreed to redo my nails and I took the time to go! Customer service sucks!!! Love love love this place. It's the only salon I go to. I go once a month for a shellac polish change & I am pleased with the result every single time. Everyone that works there is skilled and does a great job. The polish always lasts me to my next polish change. I always walk in and never have to wait too long, although I do recommend going before 4pm so as to miss the rush. The only problem I have encountered with them is that I have had a few nail techs cut my cuticles too deep and end up cutting my finger. That only happened twice though and I've been going here for years. read more

Got a Shellac manicure last week- it only lasted about 6 days. They put the paint on way too thick and so it lifted and pulled off. Probably wouldn't go back. It was a cute design on my nails, but that's too much to pay for shellac that only lasted a week. read more
