my little sister just went there and this was her experience... she's special needs and nails are a treat for her, she loves them... they make her feel special and pretty and she shows them to everyone... my mom texted me this this morning... "She had really low self esteem because of the jerk who did her nails. She has been going there for 4 or so months. She asked the guy to paint her nails black and Orange for Halloween. He said "No, I'll paint then the color I want". He then proceeded to paint them pink. (Her friends were there with her and heard it all) I called and asked to talk to the manager (lee). He kept saying lee busy. So I told the story to whomever I was talking to - (on loud speaker) and this guy kept giving me the runaround. After I got angry with him I hung up. The girls said "that was lee, the owner/manager". What jerks - taking big time advantage of a disabled person." My little sister is so upset at her treatment there. Don't support them, their work is absolute rubbish and you're nothing but a dollar sign to them. Needless to say, I'm scheduling her at the salon I go to, New Hope Salon in Clearfield... their work is beautiful, they're constantly attending trainings to further their education and their they're so nice to everyone. read more

I was the only one in the salon and she saw my husband's card and decided to make up her own price. Oh yeah, she added another $10 because I wanted a coffin shape? When I confronted her about the outrageous price, her response was "well you saw how long I was doing your nails for" I've been getting my nails done for 10+ years and over 50 salons from California to here and this was the worst experience of my life!!! (Zero stars) Went here for the first time... The photo shows my manicure LESS than 24 hours after... I brought my own brand new OPI polish, this manicure would not stay on... This was such a frustrating experience. BTW the pedicure did the same thing... On each nail the polish would peel off completely. Don't waste your time and money ended up redoing nail by nail because they all peeled off! Used my own products, base and top coat, repaint my nails all polish stayed on.... read more

I lived in East holladay, and found the best girl for pedicures and when she left I found out she went to paris nails, her and the owner are the best. I won't go any where else, Bella worked on my ingrown toe nails and now I don't have them any more. Absolutely horrible customer service and an even more horrible staff. They were very RUDE. I went with my daughter ok a late Saturday after noon. There were 2 clients being helped and about 5 employees, no one else waiting. When I walked into the door the lady at the nail station,which was closest to the desk didn't even look up she just said "what do you need?" I asked if they had time for 2 pedicures today. Her response "No appointments only" not even again looking up let alone in my general direction. The other staff laughed. I stood there for a min stunned. So the "walk ins"welcome sign is a ruse! I absolutely LOVE The ladies here. I've been getting my nails done here for 4 years and I cherish the relationship I've created with Bella and Mai. They always fit me into their schedule and they do an amazing job. I get shellac and it's only $15 which is amazing for the quality of service. Their pedicures are also great, best foot massage I've ever received at a salon! I drive from Holladay to get my nails done every two weeks, that's how amazing they are! read more

Love the ladies at Paris Nails. They provide amazing pedicures and I have seen some pretty nails come out of the salon. They are priced fairly and offer great service. They are so sweet to my 8 year old daughter who comes with me often for a mini pedicure and manicure. If ever there is an issue with a color, or a chipped nail, I have come in and politely asked for a fix, and it's never been an issue. I have been a regular customer since moving to the Riverton area 4 years ago, and before that my aunt and grandmother were regulars who referred me. I have come to know them as friends, and always have great conversations to pass the time. It's much more then the usual in and out salons so many are looking for. I believe many misunderstand their direct to the point personalities as rude, but it's far from the truth. I'm positive they only have two employees working at the salon, so any reviews stating different are mistaken and have reviewed the incorrect salon. I have attempted to go to other salons in the area for convenience, and have received terrible service. These are two very hard working, and dedicated nail techs, and I will continue to keep this location as my regular pedicure salon. read more

Only place I trust to do my nails, I've tried many different salons that people gave high reviews of and I always ended up disappointed. After trying so many salons I'd always go back to Paris even though it's a far drive for me. The service and product is always great, I always leave happy with my nails.
