Please don't waste your time and money. The guy I saw manhandled me, kept slapping my foot and telling me to relax when I'd wince at his digging at my skin, and my nails came out like shit!! Every experience I've had has been crappy. I'm done with this place!!

But different tech so thought I'd give it another go since my go to place was booked and I needed them today.. he ripped my cuticles then sprayed alcohol on them twice and apparently owe wasn't enough. I had to tell him to stop! Every nail is a different shape and uneven. Half the time he wasn't even looking at my hand while drilling. As you can see in the pic some are thicker and no acrylic in the centers.. I paid $28 for this!!!! I will never make this mistake again and just it wait out for Brian's to make some room.. I asked for short narrow white tips.. this is literally the easiest job to do I pray for those that want fancier. Keep clear of this salon and wait out better places. The pics don't do justice for how awful this job actually is

If you are looking for an overall review here it is. I've been going to Hawaii Nails since I was a little girl in a princess car seat. Recently I've been being assisted by Anna and she is probably one of the most sweet and passionate employees they have. Management has changed I think and for the better. The man working the cashier is so kind. They offered me water or soda and kept asking if it hurt while doing my nails. The price is reasonable for the amazing work and amenities: 10/10 would recommend. ASK FOR ANNA! read more

pedicures are 30$, 45$ for pedicure with gel. i had asked for french tip and for some reason they made me pay 50$. i'm not sure why and honestly kind of irritated me because how is 1 line on my toe more expensive than my whole toe being painted with gel?? doesn't make sense and seems greedy. don't know if i'll be returning. read more

The people who work at this salon are very friendly and accommodating! I have always been able to call and then go in that same day for whatever service(s) I've needed and they have a wide variety of colors to choose from, which I just love! I will keep going there! Went for a pedicure today have been here before usually pretty decent it was like they didn't really care to do a good job. Dang the nail school did way better for alot less don't know if I will return here or recommend any one I'd rather driver farther for better service...they even raised their prices it's like they raised their prices and the service isn't as good ... I'm not the kind of girl to get my nails done often but recently moved to Magna and needed to find a close place to go when I wanted to go in for a mani/pedi. I bring my grandma with me as she likes to get hers done as well so we found Hawaii Nails to be the closest. The ladies in here are so fun and do amazing work, great enough that I've turned into the girl who gets her nails done more often, it's a nice treat to have someone else do it for you. I'm kind of picky and can spot the smallest imperfections but I can't find any when I leave here! read more

But different tech so thought I'd give it another go since my go to place was booked and I needed them today.. he ripped my cuticles then sprayed alcohol on them twice and apparently owe wasn't enough. I had to tell him to stop! Every nail is a different shape and uneven. Half the time he wasn't even looking at my hand while drilling. As you can see in the pic some are thicker and no acrylic in the centers.. I paid $28 for this!!!! I will never make this mistake again and just it wait out for Brian's to make some room.. I asked for short narrow white tips.. this is literally the easiest job to do I pray for those that want fancier. Keep clear of this salon and wait out better places. When I tell you I have searched for years !!!! And I'm telling you years !!!! I'm so excited to have found Hawaii Nails. The last nail place I was loyal to was back in 2012 and the only reason I quit going was I moved. I feed horses, ride horses, dog groom, and dance and not a single nail has broke off. I have gone back three times now and I'm loyal foe lifeeee. Not to mention they do an amazing job with pedicures too. read more

Wow this place sucks. I am sitting in chair while the guy does my toes.. he don't seem happy to be here nor very nice when doing the toes grabbing ankle turning it like he couldn't ask for me move it.. and on top of that 3 times on his phone texting while I am waiting.. like I at one point just watched him like u wanna keep doing that.. never spend a dime here again. Have to give a star in order to post sucks cuz this place is FAT 000000000000 read more

DO NOT GET FAKE NAILS AT THIS PLACE. They use a type of acrylic glue that is illegal and is EXTREMELY HARD to get off. I REPEAT. NO FAKE NAILS. They come out looking just fine honestly but it is NOT worth the absolute SHITSHOW that is trying to take the god damn things off. I've literally been at it for hours now trying to get my nails to look any semblance of normal. Never giving these people money again. The picture is what my nails look like right now after soaking them in acetone TWICE. read more

Very Disappointed today. I've been going here off an on for a long time. I've never needed an appointment until today. The staff is not the same staff that used to work there, and were very rude. They turned us away as we could not wait 4 hours. We went somewhere else and had a wonderful experience. I will not be trying this place again. I miss the old owners/staff. read more

I walked in at a peak pedicure time. They helped me quickly and directed me to a chair where I received the very best pedicure I have ever received. Granted, I don't get pedis often, but I will certainly return to see Thien again and again every time. They became very crowded at one point and managed to keep all the customers content. 5 people working and going the whole time! Very clean and professional! Thank you so so much! If I could leave zero stars I would. I've given this place a few tries and every time I say NEVER AGAIN. They do a sub par job and are rude. I had a lady cut my cuticle and acted like it was my fault. Don't waste your time or money. read more

This place does a shoddy job and is typically understaffed too. I asked for five layers on the powder dip for my nails. The woman working refused and gave me just three layers. The paint compound chipped before two weeks. It shouldn't chip all! Especially for $35. When I get my toenails done, the massage is a joke and the paint chips soon, as it's low quality. Don't waste your time going to Hawaii Nails! read more

I have never been treated more rudely and had my nails look so bad in the entire 12 years of getting my nails done. I went in for a fill and the lady that was doing my nails was so into her TV soap opera that she cut my cuticle too low and while polishing my nails completely kept missing the hole at the top of the nail polish bottle. I guess I should be sorry for coming in and interrupting your show...then after my last coat was set to dry she shut off her light and left, no thanks for coming in...nothing. My mother who was waiting for me even noticed how icy her demeanor was. Worst experience ever. read more

Epic fail!! Went here to take my daughter to get fake nails on to celebrate her getting all A's on her report card. The glue and other stuff they used burned our nails. The guy cut my daughter's finger tip and then ripped part of her nail off. She is scared of nail salons now. read more

SAVE YOUR MONEY! Went in for an acrylic set. Took only 27 minutes and now I see why. The nail tech seemed rushed. She barely even used a nail file and she didn't even smooth out the corners so I had to do some corner rounding and filing when I got home. This place is very close to my house but I will drive even an hour away to find a different place who knows what their doing from now on... read more

I got a manicure and they did a good job. They were pretty friendly, and the Lady that did my nails could understand English pretty well. Although, they could clean the place up a bit. The hand dryer's were dirty and you could tell they never clean them. It always makes you wonder what else they don't clean. read more

Went here last night with my best friend to get our nails done and they were about 15 minutes from closing time and the lady I spoke with over the phone told us to come down and she can take us! We got their and the staff was SUPER friendly and nice, they took care of us so well. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The staff is amazing, the place is clean, you will be taken care of. We were only there a little over an hour and a half and they got both of us done and out the door. They give amazing and fast quality work. I am usually also SUPER picky with my nails and I have to say I don't think I've ever had a better set in my life. And I didn't even have to nit pick to make sure my nails were perfect. The price is honestly not even bad for the quality you get. This will MOST DEFINITELY be my new salon and i very highly recommend it to anyone and everyone who wants to be taken care of and pampered and get the quality they give to their customers. read more

I have gone to Hawaii Nails for the past 3 years and every time I go, it doesn't cease to amaze me. The service is incredible and the people are amazing, they work hard to try to match your ideal nail design and your standards. The prices are cheap and the pedicures are very well done.
