I'm in here at least every couple of weeks for shellac on both my hands and feet. It is like when you find someone that you can trust with your haircut every time--you find a good one and you become a loyal client. Le does an amazing job and is so incredibly friendly and gentle, plus she does a wonderful job from start to finish. She did my acrylic nails in the past as well and I had no problems whatsoever with any lifting of them from my natural nails. The shellac stays on with no peeling or flaking for several weeks if I need to push my appointments out. I will be so bummed if the day comes that I move out of the area or if Le leaves as this became a favorite spot of mine and continues to be. read more

This place is great and the nail technicians are very friendly and do a great job. They do this neat thing here where they cover your hands and feet in wax leaving you with very soft skin. This was my first time in and I look forward to coming back :) read more

They are very friendly here, good customer service. I've been twice and both times they were really friendly and helpful. My only issues were that when I got gel polish, they did it so far from my cuticle that the finished look looked like my new nails were already growing out. The second time I went I got a full set w gel polish and the woman was extremely rough with my nails and hurt me pretty bad. I also asked for coffin shape and they are a lot more skinny at the ends more like claws instead of coffins. At work several people told me they looked like witch nails and I didn't like that... So overall they didn't do an awful job but the shape just wasn't exactly what I wanted. Otherwise the nails don't lift at all and they have really good gel that doesn't chip. Really friendly people, just make sure you're SUPER specific on what you want so they don't do something different. Sorry to see that it has been sold and there are new owners who are nice and the pedicure was fine, but my French tipped toes look really bad. The pedicurist was nice and I didn't complain, but I had this done for a special trip and I am going to have to have it redone somewhere else. Perhaps after some training they will get better, but for $45 I expected better. Will not go back. read more

This was my first time coming to this salon and I loved it! I called ahead to make an appointment and it worked perfectly with my schedule. I previously ripped off a set of shellac that I did myself and my nails were looking SO awful! My nail tech Kenny did such a great job on my first set of acrylics! Had an appointment at 2:15 today and walked in and they were fully busy. Didn't get sat down until 2:40. I had an appointment for two fills, for my mom and I. They had one lady to do us both. Took two hours to do us both because the lady had to keep answering the phone and helping other people (including employees with pedicures and such). Very unorganized and made us feel like they didn't care about our business. Quite unprofessional. Don't recommend. read more

This was my first time trying them and will be the last. I waited for 20 min to get shellac and a fill, they gave me a youg girl that clearly has never done a fill in her life! She kept asking the owner what to do, she did the fill all wrong, owner had to come and fix it and then she starts to file my nails and ruins the square shape completely even after I asked them to leave them long. I asked for the owner at this point and had to wait another 20 min to get them fixed.. Never coming back!!!! read more

I had an appointment for a pedicure. They got us right in and the ladies were nice BUT The only reason I went to this place was because I needed my toes done and it was the only place with good reviews close to me. I was not impressed with the way that they did my toes. She did not trim my nails at all and barely did even after I asked her to. Their tools were also not in sanitary packages. If you are a person that is a nail snob I would not recommend this place. read more

I needed a pedicure and saw spa nails but wish I would have kept driving. Amy, did not put cuticle cream around my toenails, I had to ask her to file my toenails straight, and when I got home two of my toenails were only halfway painted. I went back and she quickly painted over the other half of the naiI and said okay your good. I ask her to put clear coat on them and she quickly slopped it on. I left not wanting to ever return but got home and looked down and the two nails she painted were a mess. I called and I was asked if I could drive back again so after 3 trips to this place my nails were finally painted but still looked terrible. This service was terrible so just keep driving. read more

I walked in at 5 pm on Saturday to see if I could get my nails done or make an appointment. Three weeks ago I went to another Salon for a white tip and they looked so horrible that I had to polish them. Lee cleaned up the mess and made them look beautiful so I no longer need to wear nail polish. Lee did advise me to make an appointment next time because weekends are usually busy and I like that they are open 7 days a week. The place was clean and everyone was very nice. read more

I went in for a pedicure when I was 9 months pregnant (needed cute toes to deliver my baby! ) and was impressed with the different pedicure options. That was about it. The guy who was working on me was sllllooow. He spent a lot of time stopping and talking with coworkers, completely ignoring me. My feet were super dry and cracked- again, 9 months preggo... I lost the ability to reach my feet- and the guy made fun of how bad they were and even had a coworker come look. Made faces while he used the Emory board. I felt so dumb. Then, right before painting, he completely disappeared for a good 10 minutes. A lady who wasn't doing anything finally came and finished me- but she forgot to put any kind of clear coat/sealant on... the polish began chipping two days later. My pedicure didn't even last a week! I was disappointed because I'd heard great things about this place. Hopefully it was just an off day. read more

This salon is so GREAT!!! They fit me in last minute, even though they were closing. They did an incredible job with my French tip gel manicure and were so friendly! Even if I was that person that came in 20m before closing. A lot of places just do what they think looks good...the asked me what length I wanted my tips to be sure I was happy with their work! They also do this warm wax moisturizing treatment at the end...my hands have never felt so soft!!! Will be back for sure!!! read more
