I went in it this lower-level store, I talked with the owner, I felt the thick, woolen fabric of their stellar ponchos. Yet still, the Layton Hills Mall doesn't yet have it in their directory; there is no website, no Facebook page, no Twitter of Instagram. Be that as it may, I love this place. It has that mom-and-pop flavor with a mishmash of products: The afore mentioned Peruvian coats (for every, yes your reading this correctly, every NFL team); stuffed animals (mostly small dogs); toys including light-shooting rifles (you also heard this right); gigantic animal-themed dreamcatchers; Navajo-type rugs; doll accessories; Baja jackets, and an eclectic variety of things I've only begun to describe. Friendly staff, very reasonable prices, cool stuff ... I may have just seen a mirage in a mall. But I'll be going back to make sure it actually exists. Cool stuff!

My friend went in to return a bag that she had bought on July 14 on her birthday. She only had the…read morebag for 2 months before the actual bag ripped apart from the strap. We went in to exchange the purse. We talked to the owner and she was beyond rude to her. She keep saying well you put too much in your bag. My friend kept saying well I really only carry a few thing in it because I don't like carrying all that around. She also mentioned that it had been 2 and half months over and over. She went as far as lifting my friends new bag telling her see your bag is heavy. She only had her wallet and cell phone in it! She then said she could just glue it and sew it herself. After 10 minutes of this craziness and the owner was getting ruder by the minute. Talking about how much supposed weight that was in the bag. My friend said well really it has only been 2 months and it ripped apart. (Mind you this was a 50.00 bag) the owner then said very short with her AND A HALF. I then said "If your bags have a weight limit you should put a sign up so people can know." The owner went crazy on me. Yelling and told me to get out of her store! I did not say anything back to her and just left. Clearly this women has no clue on how to treat people let alone customers. So bag qualities are bad and the store will not back them up. Don't dare work with the owner because she will freak out at you like a 14 year old girl not getting her way.
