Unfortunately, the experience only got worse. The representative I spoke with was dismissive and unhelpful, and when I asked to speak with a manager, the attitude was no better. At no point did anyone seem interested in actually helping or even listening. What disappointed me most wasn't the charge itself, it was the complete lack of customer care afterward. I understand large companies may not feel the impact of losing a single customer, but we still have the right to choose where we spend our money, and we won't continue supporting a company that treats customers this way. This is not good for a piece of equipment that cost so much and is one of the staple pieces and highlights of our community. It sucks that no one ever gets to use it. We've done thousands of dollars in upgrades that were said to fix our problems but yet the machine remains inoperable. Do not spend your money here there are so many other better options.
