Imagine my surprise when I opened a subsequent statement and there was a balance for the late fee and late fees for the late fee! What??? So I called CS again who at first told me there was nothing they could do, but then later in the call told me they could waive only $15 of the $31 fee. I said fine, I would like to pay that off now. Oh wait, they said, it is a $9 fee to pay it over the phone. Hold my beer while I pay it online I said. So I pay the new fee online, but the credit won't show for three days, and I tell them to cancel my card. She says she cancelled it but I see no confirmation of that in the account and she refuses to send me a confirmation email. Protocol, she says, is I have to just believe her and the confirmation will be coming by snail mail in 7-10 days. Will this headache ever end??? Seriously. Save yourselves!!! This has been a PSA.

They even have carts for you if you feel you will be shopping for a lot. This store is always clean, even their bathrooms. Also, employees are always so friendly.

With all the beautiful, clean, well lit, and modernized grocery stores out there, why anyone other than out of necessity would shop here is beyond me. It's such a depressing experience. But then again, now that I think about it, this place fits Magna perfectly.

The employees were so helpful! I quickly found a replacement, tried it on in the fitting room, and even though I didn't have the receipt, the cashier helped me make an exchange with little hassle.
