Super helpful, always greeting people when they walk in. Happy they have tried to stick to their…read moreroots yet still having the popular trends and fashions! Stock can be sometimes questionable but they are willing to find it and send it to your home! Thanks for all the help! The reviews for this store are hilarious! First if this store isn't your style, or you expected it to be the same that it was 10-15 years ago when you were cool ... why leave a review? Second you got some pearls saying they hate that employees asked them or kept trying to help .. yet others complaining that no one helped them or said anything ... can't have it both ways! Next ... they sell the same companies skateboards, shoes, clothing that any other skate shop or store sells ... so buying it somewhere else isn't going to make it magically last longer or be better quality! Foolish people. Here is a real review ... zumiez trains their employees to say hello to everyone and ask them if they can help, sometimes you get it from 1-3 people so that can get a little annoying if you are feeling antisocial. But hellos are better then the silent treatment making you feel a little awkward asking for help. Every time I have been here they have been super nice and willing to help! Zumiez is also all about trends and do a very good job following the trends and trying to stay on top of the ever changing market. Which unfortunately usually makes the prices peak, so if you are looking for the latest thing they will have it, but you will have to pay. Not everyone like every trend but they have a good variety and try to stay as true as possible to their roots. I will say I works for zumiez for quite a long time ... but haven't been back in 10plus years! I am happy to see they are staying true while still staying relevant. Unfortunately in this type of store you ultimately have to hire teenagers and train them to at least care a little about working. But sometimes you get moody ones, dramatic ones, and of course lazy ones ... but you can't blame zumiez for the state of our youth these days, we are to blame! Thanks for all the hellos, can I help you's, what did you come in for today's!

The…read morenew location doesn't require schlepping it across the busy mall parking lot with your children in tow. The new location also has a stroller/wheelchair button to open the door for you, and I'm loving it! This new location is also more spacious, with a little more room to navigate with a stroller/car seat. Overall, I really like Carter's clothes (and their associated brands). Some of the new releases are expensive, but if you can get it on sale or take advantage of the rewards program, you can get some great deals. I also highly recommend utilizing the in-store pickup, although some staff members definitely seem to know what's going on with pickup more than others.

They also have sizes for boys, and girls up to sizes 14. The selections for sizes 8-14 are limited. I like shopping the sales as you can get some pretty good deals, and really cute styles. If you sign up for their email notices you get extra deals. Something is always on clearance, so I try and buy for the next year's season to save money as Carter's can be expensive.

Pretty disappointing. My fiance and I went in so she could try on some dresses for our engagement…read morephotos yesterday and we were greeted with less-than-zesty jolliness. When we walked in, we were looking in the front of the store and the sales associates seemed to be busy at the desk in the back of the store so we didn't think anything of the fact that they didn't seem to notice us walk in. Then, when we want back to the dressing rooms (passing the sales associates without so much as a "Hello") we found the dressing rooms strewn with clothes that other customers had left behind. It was a mess, but we just sort of raised our eyebrows and carried on. I waited out in the store while my fiance tried on the dress and when she came out (again, walking right past the sales associates) she told me it was too big--well within earshot of the sales associates. I looked over at them to see if they might come help us grab a smaller dress but evidently they couldn't be bothered. They were too busy on their phones, giggling and showing one another what ever they were looking at. So, I went and grabbed the dress myself. While my fiance was trying the dress on, one of the associates walked back to the dressing rooms, looked at me nervously then awkwardly walked over to grab the table right next to me without a word--weird. The dress fit, so we went to check out and the one of the two behind the counter took the dress, scanned it, an told my fiance how much it cost without so much as a "Did you find everything you were looking for?" or something. It was like we were bothering them with our business. While we were in the store, there were between 1 and 4 customers in the store. The sales associates never said a thing to any of them unless they were checking out. The two associates at the desk in the back just kept playing with their phones and giggling, while the other (the one from the dressing room) huffed and puffed around straightening clothes on displays. I'm not one to write many reviews, this is my first in a long time, but this experience was something else. It seems the manager (one of the two gigglers behind the desk) is either incompetent or in need of some serious training.
