I asked the girl at the counter to let my young daughter please go to the restroom--- of course she says no and lies about them not having one... well where does the employees go? Outside? Lock the shop and run to the very kind nail salon a few stores down??? Give me a brake! We were paying customers but I tossed aside our items and told her to screw off and we will NEVER bring our business to them again! Ran a few stores down to the wonderful nail salon and they helped us rush her back but it was too late. She was humiliated and I'm livid with that crappy Sally beauty store... We had to drive all the way home so she could change her clothing and we could continue celebrating her birthday--- REAL NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE (eye roll) There's a reason they have less than 2 stars!!!!! Because this store is awful and very rude! This was a young child with disabilities trying to use a bathroom. Screw you, I hope you go out of business!
