My wife had a very frustrating experience with this company. She purchased several items through…read moreTikTok Shop, and when they did not fit, she contacted the company to request a return. During the call, she clearly explained the situation and specifically asked whether she could return the items in person rather than mailing them. She was told that an in-person return was possible. So she returned them in even received an online return receipt. Based on that information, we reasonably believed the matter had been resolved. We later learned that returns for TikTok Shop purchases could not be processed in person. As a result, we are now out the money and feel that we were given inaccurate information. This situation could have been avoided if the return policy had been explained correctly from the beginning. If in-person returns are not available for TikTok Shop purchases, customers should be told that clearly and consistently. The incorrect information wasted our time, caused unnecessary frustration, and resulted in a financial loss. We urge the company to ensure that its staff are properly informed about the return process and that customers receive accurate guidance before making decisions about their purchases. Update: Customer service made it right and helped us get our refund.

We went to this store in American Fork specifically she said the ones closer to her didn't carry anything in her size. I wasn't planning to buy myself anything, but everything was so cute, and the prices were so good that I couldn't help myself! Shelle was beyond generous with her time, and was remarkably helpful and patient. We both ended up buying a bunch of stuff and we are already looking forward to coming back next year. This is going to be a pilgrimage destination from now on. Shelle was the most attentive and kind salesperson I have ever met. She even helped us find where we were going to have lunch (great recommendation, by the way, thank you!). We will absolutely be back. And, slightly off topic, I look so cute in my new clothes. Lots of compliments. Shelle quickly figured out my style and preferences and helped me find some really great stuff. I don't think I've ever left a clothing store review before, and I'm super busy with two jobs and law school, but this place, and Shelle specifically, was worth taking the time to write this review.

For the rentals, I thought the price was too steep. $130 to rent certain dresses? I heard many people in the store say they could buy one cheaper, and I agree. Some of the dresses had beads missing, pilling and small rips. This would be a good place for prom if your daughter wants a more deluxe dress, but you can definitely purchase cheaper elsewhere. For a work formal event, I would skip it.

Each dress style I've tried fits differently so, that's the chance you take when ordering online, right? Well, here's the fine print... NO REFUNDS! And, every dress is minimum $100. I started with a 1X and it was too big. Went down to XXL; that one fit and was kept. $183 (see photo) I still have several hundred dollars of credit and will have to keep ordering until the next one is cute on my body. Oh! And thirdly, you have to PAY $12 each time you ship a return. I'm about to order my 6th replacement... wish me luck. I was greeted today by a beautiful woman working the front desk today and she was such a vibe to talk to. You could see her just glowing because she loves working here and I am ALL FOR IT! She showed me where the dresses were and I was in heaven trying them on because the dressing room had great lighting and a big wonderful mirror. The prices can be a little high but they always have great sales which you really get your money's worth. Each dress will not fit the same tho, I'm a size 16 so 1xl is my size and not all will fit when zipping up the back you may need to take it to a seamstress just a heads up...
