After a mix up with the payment method, I called customer service, who then assured me that the entire $40 late fee had been waived and I was left with a balance of $0 after paying off my card. Imagine my surprise when I opened a subsequent statement and there was a balance for the late fee and late fees for the late fee! What??? So I called CS again who at first told me there was nothing they could do, but then later in the call told me they could waive only $15 of the $31 fee. I said fine, I would like to pay that off now. Oh wait, they said, it is a $9 fee to pay it over the phone. So I pay the new fee online, but the credit won't show for three days, and I tell them to cancel my card. She says she cancelled it but I see no confirmation of that in the account and she refuses to send me a confirmation email. Protocol, she says, is I have to just believe her and the confirmation will be coming by snail mail in 7-10 days. Will this headache ever end??? Seriously. Save yourselves!!! This has been a PSA.

It wasn't a minute later that a young lady approached me to see if I needed help. She then asked if she could tell me about the sale going on. I politely declined because I wasn't interested. She had a great attitude about it all. Understanding. I was polite but normally I would have listened and been too shy to tell them how I really felt. I keep coming back to look, just because their customer service is great.

You…read morewon't see it from the freeway, which almost makes it feel like a hidden secret, but once you walk into the outlet courtyard, Big Jack looms tall and sets the stage for some spooky-season magic. This isn't a haunted house--so no worries about jump scares--but more of a giant, family-friendly Halloween display that's perfect for kids of all ages. The size of Big Jack is impressive up close, and the whole setup gives off just the right amount of spooky without being scary. Think "festive fall fun" more than "nightmare fuel." Parents can relax knowing it's free, safe, and easy to enjoy while shopping or grabbing a snack at the outlets. Kids absolutely love running around and posing for pictures, and honestly, I did too. It's a great spot for photos, a fun place to let the little ones burn off some energy, and a memorable way to get into the Halloween spirit without spending a dime. Also, the fitting rooms are not roomy, neither are the isles. So if there's two people in there, it can get crowded walking by. I was standing up against the wall asking my wife for her opinion, making sure I wasn't blocking anyone when all the sudden I hear a very rude "EXCUSE ME" like I was blocking everything. There was more than enough room to go around, but she was just upset I was asking my wife for her opinion. Then a "REMEMBER if it doesn't fit put it here don't put it there". I'm fine with a reminder, but tone and body body language really play a large part in how something is communicated. This should definitely be addressed. Additionally, all the dress shirts are skinny or slim fit and mostly all blue. Not much of a variety.

Yesterday, my wife and I were in the area looking for some local goodies as Christmas presents and made our way into Hip & Humble. The outside is very inviting-I love the color of the house-turned-retail building. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by Mabe, the beautiful resident dog. She happily sniffed us, let us pet her and then she went back to her duties of wandering the store. Any place that has a dog is A-OK in my book! Each item in the shop appears to have been carefully curated to be here. Nothing seems out of place or odd. I love every item and how cohesive everything feels. Up front, you'll find an assortment of knick-knacks, home goods, soaps & lotions, etc. Toward the back is a room full of unique women's clothing and accessories. The owner visited with us briefly and we felt very welcome to be there. It's a fun atmosphere with adorable items. I look forward to returning for additional gift items in the future.
