There were only 10 Batman comics total, with just two different issues priced at .50. Everything else was $4.95 and up. When I asked about the .50 comics, I was told, "Oh, we had a bunch for the holidays." Misleading ad. Won't be back.

All types, and then others too, will likely love The Conjuring Tree. There are so many interesting trinkets, accessories, tools and gadgets that I enjoyed browsing. Many that were familiar to me, but some new items as well. The lovely staff member, Sage, was kind enough to give us a little run-down on the store, how long they've been around and some of the events that they hold. There are plans for a more formal tea gathering space in the back which will allow for even more amazing events. I love the vibe here and the friendliness that was extended. Even if I'm not sure what to do with all the cool things they sell, I'd feel very comfortable asking about the items and know that I'd be met with a welcoming, patient explanation.

One of the owners, Andy, came over to help us and I can honestly say he was a true blessing. He wasn't just knowledgeable about the items in the store, he radiated compassion and calm. He listened to us with such patience, offered thoughtful guidance, and shared insight that immediately put our worries at ease. In a moment of heaviness for our family, he gave us peace, reassurance, and even a sense of lightness about this stage of life. This shop is so much more than a place to buy things... it's a sanctuary. We walked out not only with meaningful items for our mom, but also with hearts that felt lifted and comforted. What an incredible gift Andy and this shop have been to us. I am so deeply grateful we found The Conjuring Tree. Totally exempt from technology it is not, but maybe a hair simpler than a big-box kids store. I'm guessing it's because of the "digital" age, and people just don't read anymore. They also had a really large section of DVD's and CD's. What are those you say? It's pretty well non existent now. One thing they have, that the toy stores don't, are a large selection of board games, and puzzles, that you don't see on the toy shelves at other stores that sell toys/puzzles. There is a small coffee shop inside where you can grab a cup of coffee, and sit back and read your book. Snacks and sandwiches are available as well. Customer service is lacking at this location, also they need more cashiers.

There's so much to choose from, including books, artwork, stickers, figurines, etc., etc. I could have spent hours here. Truly. The service was pretty good, and oh, how I wish I lived closer to one.
