So I pay the new fee online, but the credit won't show for three days, and I tell them to cancel my card. She says she cancelled it but I see no confirmation of that in the account and she refuses to send me a confirmation email. Protocol, she says, is I have to just believe her and the confirmation will be coming by snail mail in 7-10 days. Will this headache ever end??? Seriously. Save yourselves!!! This has been a PSA.

On this day at Station Park "Don't Call Us a Mall" mall -- a shopping mecca teeming with women's clothing and discount clothing stores -- my wife only bought clothes at Maurices. I've spent many-an-hour in many-a-women's clothing stores, burning time on my cell phone as my wife files through many-a-rack of clothes. I can say Maurices one of the deeper, well-stocked stores I've seen. And this Station Park location is FILLED with customers on a lazy Sunday afternoon where other nearby clothing stores are ghost towns. What will those passionate about women's fashions find at Maurices? Tops of all types for both casual and fancy occasions, denim ranging from shorts to jeans to jean jackets, outdoor wear, sleepwear, "intimates", scarves, bags, socks, makeup, sunglasses, necklaces, rings, bracelets, perfumes and... Well, let's just say everything a fashionista--from skinny to plus-sized--could possibly want. My wife spent an hour in there. Really, the "belle of the ball" is the "Going, Going, Gone" clearance section in the back left corner. This isn't your usual picked-over, mish-mash, 3/4 empty clearance area. A lot of stuff, on REAL clearance prices. How do I know this? My wife left with two jackets and a top for $28 and saved $90. So yeah, ladies, you may want to make your way to Maurices at Station Park!

We went to this store in American Fork specifically she said the ones closer to her didn't carry anything in her size. I wasn't planning to buy myself anything, but everything was so cute, and the prices were so good that I couldn't help myself! Shelle was beyond generous with her time, and was remarkably helpful and patient. We both ended up buying a bunch of stuff and we are already looking forward to coming back next year. This is going to be a pilgrimage destination from now on. Shelle was the most attentive and kind salesperson I have ever met. She even helped us find where we were going to have lunch (great recommendation, by the way, thank you!). We will absolutely be back. And, slightly off topic, I look so cute in my new clothes. Lots of compliments. Shelle quickly figured out my style and preferences and helped me find some really great stuff. I don't think I've ever left a clothing store review before, and I'm super busy with two jobs and law school, but this place, and Shelle specifically, was worth taking the time to write this review.

I went to the Centerville Utah store to return an Amazon purchase. The information for the return…read moresaid that any Kohl's associate could handle. I didn't see any signage for returns so went to the checkout area which is where all of the associates were. While I was in line at the checkout, the people behind me were talking about how they didn't see how this location stayed in business because there were no shoppers. When I finally got to the front of the line which took about 10 minutes, I was told to take my return to the back of the store. Again, no signage about where to take returns. I went to the back and found an area for returns although no signage to indicate it was for returns. As I was standing in line again, a woman walked over to a register that appeared closed and stood there looking at me. She didn't say next or indicate that she was open for business. She then looked at me and said in a sarcastic tone, are you ready? I responded to her sarcastic tone with are you ready? It is evident why this store or Kohl's will be going out of business soon. They have gone the way of Kmart; terrible or nonexistent customer service.

She just told me what she thought the process would be. A few minutes later my daughter found a top on a floor set that she couldn't find on a rack. I walked back to the cash wrap- waited until one of the two ladies standing there could acknowledge me. When one finally said something I said " if you are not too busy I do have a question". The lady behind the girl who spoke to me straight up ROLLED her EYES at me. This was was actually on her phone apparently texting. I called her out about the eye rolling and said we are done here. My daughter finished looking and we walked out. We drive the 15 miles to the store in Layton to make our purchase. Worst customer service ever. They separate clothing racks by size and type which is helpful especially if you're a 4x or 5x and normal stores through them into general plus size racks. Hands down best plus size store in Utah :)

Prices are very decent. Plus, they have sales often. So today when I went they had (different clothes sizes) bags full of clothes outside for 15$ per bag. Not per item. Per bag. Inside if you found a red sticker then that item was 50% off. Blue sticker, it was 25% off. I found and purchased a navy blue suite jacket for 4.50$. Great condition and very nice looking. There was a lot of pretty dresses, tops, and other items. However, this is a women's only store. I asked if there was a men's section, unfortunately there is not. I will definitely come here again.
