I didn't see any signage for returns so went to the checkout area which is where all of the associates were. While I was in line at the checkout, the people behind me were talking about how they didn't see how this location stayed in business because there were no shoppers. When I finally got to the front of the line which took about 10 minutes, I was told to take my return to the back of the store. Again, no signage about where to take returns. I went to the back and found an area for returns although no signage to indicate it was for returns. As I was standing in line again, a woman walked over to a register that appeared closed and stood there looking at me. She didn't say next or indicate that she was open for business. She then looked at me and said in a sarcastic tone, are you ready? I responded to her sarcastic tone with are you ready? It is evident why this store or Kohl's will be going out of business soon. They have gone the way of Kmart; terrible or nonexistent customer service.

It felt a little icky, and we ended up not buying a suit. I wonder if it's true that in-person shopping is really dwindling. Service seems to have gotten apathetic and the furnishings in the store were abysmal (see the picture of the horribly beat up chair in the men's section.) For the higher-end clothing that this store carries, I'd love to see the rest of the experience elevated to match what customers may expect.
