It was close to closing time but he was so patient with me while I looked at all his selection. He had some unique rings that I hadn't seen anywhere else. He told us not to look at price and he would work with us later to keep close to our budget. I finally whittled the options down to one that I really loved and he brought out his calculator to see if he could get us close to our number. He ended up just matching the price we had set as our budget! A big mark down from the posted price on the ring! What a relief to not have to go beyond our budget. And what a relief to not have a high pressure salesman! So totally give this place a chance. I finally have a wedding band that I love! I haven't received it yet (we just ordered it today), but I'm sure we will be very happy in the end.

Therefore, imagine my understandable great dismay and dissatisfaction when I brought in a common Casio PRO TREK to have its rechargeable battery replaced. The initial associate whom I'd handed the watch and described the issues (battery not holding a charge; ABC features causing recovery mode; no beeps; etc.) to was a moron. He cluelessly inspected the watch with a puzzled look and repeatedly asked about it features and the problems, then suggesting that I should leave it overnight. My fair interrogative inquiry to the idiot: "There've been many other customers coming in here for the same thing. Why are you acting like you've never done this before!?" That was when another employee (boss or manager?) came over with an attitude. However, this one did show proper knowledge and promptly, correctly diagnosed that my Casio should get a new battery installed, BUT would cost 75 fucking dollars(!) and take a few hours. Again, "read the numerous reviews" as I suggested to the second individual, who faslely argued the rechargeable battery for my watch cost more, while also stupidly implying that in all the years the shop had been operating--with many customers visiting--no one had ever brought in a watch with a rechargeable battery. So, having enough of the bullshit from the two dumbasses, I curtly left. Subsequently, I ordered a $15 rechargeable battery online, watched a 5-minute video, and proceeded to replace the battery and reset the watch myself. No pointless, useless watch repair shop necessary.

This last time unfortunately they took over 3 months to complete the process and up charged me an additional fee for replacing the primary time piece when I simply requested a battery. Buyer beware and you should probably look elsewhere. They are advertising a back to school 25% off today and would not apply the coupon since I still don't have my watch back, instead saying "by signing our terms and conditions for service I implicity agree" to anything they may want me to buy and wait for months to get my watch back. Owned the watch literally for 1 day, wore it once and had an issue. After working with the retailer, we were finally able to get Lowen to cover the issue under warranty (they had to replace the case) but it was like pulling teeth. The retailer had to get involved to make it happen. That was in March. I finally get the watch back into my possession in June. Upon receiving the watch, I immediately found the T Bar stripped. Of course, when I sent to them for warranty both T Bars were fine. They are NOT covering this under warranty. I emailed them asking why I was being charged for the T Bar. Their response was to send me an email with a notification for payment and letting me know if I did not pay it they would not repair the watch. So I was forced to pay. AND of course they do not stock the T Bars and it will now be an additional 90 days for parts. Purchased a watch, wore 1 day, wont have had it in my possession for nearly 7 months.
