First, take a look at the attached image of their customer reviews. Notice a common theme: "cheap"…read moreand "quick." "Expertise" is also hinted. Therefore, imagine my understandable great dismay and dissatisfaction when I brought in a common Casio PRO TREK to have its rechargeable battery replaced. The initial associate whom I'd handed the watch and described the issues (battery not holding a charge; ABC features causing recovery mode; no beeps; etc.) to was a moron. He cluelessly inspected the watch with a puzzled look and repeatedly asked about it features and the problems, then suggesting that I should leave it overnight. My fair interrogative inquiry to the idiot: "There've been many other customers coming in here for the same thing. Why are you acting like you've never done this before!?" That was when another employee (boss or manager?) came over with an attitude. However, this one did show proper knowledge and promptly, correctly diagnosed that my Casio should get a new battery installed, BUT would cost 75 fucking dollars(!) and take a few hours. Again, "read the numerous reviews" as I suggested to the second individual, who faslely argued the rechargeable battery for my watch cost more, while also stupidly implying that in all the years the shop had been operating--with many customers visiting--no one had ever brought in a watch with a rechargeable battery. So, having enough of the bullshit from the two dumbasses, I curtly left. Subsequently, I ordered a $15 rechargeable battery online, watched a 5-minute video, and proceeded to replace the battery and reset the watch myself. No pointless, useless watch repair shop necessary.

I dropped my Rolex watch off to get an estimate to have it repaired as the auto wind mechanism…read moreisn't working well. I got an estimate that was over my budget but wasn't charged for the work to check it out. Maybe I'll bring it back after a few months to have it worked on. The staff are pleasant and friendly and the interior is full of fun nutcrackers, clocks and watches. Mt Olympus is a neat little shop with unique products.

They removed my previous reviews. Do not use this company for anything. This place is terrible…read more They acce-Ted my watch and sat on it for 6 months. They returned it to me still broken. I sent it back to them to correct their repair and they sat on it for another 6 months and did not fix the watch again, this time sending the watch back not only broken, but covered in glue.

Words cannot express the complete ineptitude of this company. I strongly recommend that if you are…read morethinking of using them for any reason other than to experience pure frustration in its most raw form- that you look elsewhere because I can assure you that is all you will experience from them. Today, I sent this abysmal company the following email regarding my Nubeo timepiece: Sending out my periodic email asking in reference to ticket #35209: WHERE IS MY WATCH, YET AGAIN, and to say CONGRATULATIONS, YOU HAVE HAD MY WATCH IN YOUR POSSESSION AWAITING REPAIR FOR ALMOST 1 YEAR AND 2 MONTHS. Last update provided from your company was in July 25th, 2025- in which I was informed, quote: "The necessary parts are expected to be available by the end of August, which will allow us to move forward with the repairs" Please note: It is now OCTOBER 2, 2025 - and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY WATCH. Nor, as usual per my experience with the unprecedented level of ineptitude and COMPLETE DISDAIN for all things customer service related with IWSC- Nor have I been informed of any additional delay. I am the one, as per usual- I am the one that has to constantly check in and beg for any updates. At this point, I will be reaching out to Nubeo to provide them a timeline of this complete debacle and also to inquire as to the availability of parts for my watch- Simply to confirm the sneaking suspicion that I am just getting my chain yanked in the hopes that I eventually give up and abandon all hope of actually ever seeing my timepiece again.
