I would give Fadel's Fine Jewelry 10/5 stars if I could! They handed me my wedding ring and I immediately became emotional! It's prettier than the first time I saw it! I took my ring to Fadel's to be resized and upon examination, they noticed there were several loose prongs on the sides of my wedding band, and that my main stone could come loose within a year. They were able to repair, resize, and restore my wedding ring in a way that shocked me! If I'm honest my thought was that they had the wrong ring. When I got back in my car, I called my husband and as I told him I picked it up, I started crying. I haven't been able to wear my ring for a year or so, and every jeweler I've consulted to wanted almost double the amount I paid at Fadel's--just for the resizing. Seeing my ring on my hand again, sparkling and shiny, I say it was worth every penny Thank you, thank you, thank you, Fadel's Fine Jewelry! I can't stop looking at it. I went to Massey's in Fashion Place Mall originally and they sold me a lab diamond telling me it was certified and that the papers would come later. I found out after I bought it that they had sold me supposedly a lab diamond with no serial number or certification. So really, I had not idea what I had bought. They were dishonest in the transaction. Luckily I could still return the ring. Thats when a dear friend recommended Fadel's to me. She told me they are the only jewelry store she would trust. After the craziness we had just went through, Fadel's was just the place. They showed me the lab certification right away and you could tell that they are honest good people. I trust them completely. Such a great experience! I've been looking for a wedding band for my engagement ring for months now. We've stopped at numerous jewelers but everything had been either out of my budget or just too pushy of salesmen. We decided to stop here and I'm so glad we did! Dave worked with us. It was close to closing time but he was so patient with me while I looked at all his selection. He had some unique rings that I hadn't seen anywhere else. He told us not to look at price and he would work with us later to keep close to our budget. I finally whittled the options down to one that I really loved and he brought out his calculator to see if he could get us close to our number. He ended up just matching the price we had set as our budget! A big mark down from the posted price on the ring! What a relief to not have to go beyond our budget. And what a relief to not have a high pressure salesman! So totally give this place a chance. I finally have a wedding band that I love! Wonderful boutique store without they outrageous boutique prices. They have quality jewelry and unique rings that will stand out as one of a kind pieces. Dave is patient, kind and very knowledgeable. They have some great heirloom pieces and also modern, edgy new products. Some people might assume that because they are small that they would have less selection and higher prices, but they have SO many options and clients return year after year to purchase because he prices things reasonably. My cute husband frequents Fadel's for my Christmas gifts and Birthday gifts and I am never disappointed. And I also buy graduation gifts for my daughters and nieces from Fadel's.
