Great experience here! I feel their prices are really affordable and they have a vast selection of clothes to choose from. This location however does have more women's clothing than men's but they do still have a few rows for men. Me and my child were searching for some "new to us" clothes for spring, and this very kind employee named Reed greeted us and helped us the whole time. He was a very pleasant fellow and he made witty jokes with us, as if we had known him our entire lives. Very personable, helpful and sweet young man which made the experience that much better. I dropped off four bags of clothing in hopes of making a few extra dollars for some gently used clothes. I decided to wait around the store while they sorted through my product. 30minutes later, they only wanted to offer me $40 for "6" of my items. I requested to receive the refused items back so I could donate them elsewhere, and once getting back home to review what was taken, I realized they took a ton of items and never paid me for them. So shady, unethical, and dishonest. Take your clothes elsewhere!!! read more

This is definitely a cut above most used and bargain outlets. Yes, it does cater to the younger crowd, but I am 70 years old, and I find an excellent selection of clothes including shirts, jeans, shoes, sweaters and jackets to my liking. I have found the young staff in Murray to be pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the store near 21st South. There, the staff have made me feel like I was out of place as an old guy. But, not at the Murray store. read more

Great find for those who enjoy discount trendy clothes. Sizes ranged from Xxs to xl so this place seems to be well suited for any age. Saw teenagers there shopping with their parents :) lots of Lululemon at a great price, Anthropologie, guess, j crew etc... It's clean, well organized with helpful and friendly staff. Really enjoyed shopping here and left with a few great pieces including a jean romper, a pair of summer heels and a sweatshirt! My mom also found a pair of linen pants, a couple of tops and a winter vest. Multiple fitting rooms to help you finalize your choices. Wish I had more time to browse. since I first walked into the store I was being followed around by a girl named Boston it made me very uncomfortable. when I asked the manager for her name she thanked me replied to me with the lie that they don't give out names there. when I called to make the complaint someone answered with their name and so I asked how come she said her name when they don't give out names and than she told me they can give out first names. I had a very terrible and uncomfortable experience. would not recommend going there if customer service is important to you read more

I used to love stopping in here... however they seem like they don't know what direction they're trying to go in. They're now trying to sell designer items and they have several fakes in there. Also... they're asking way too much for the designer items which is why they sit in there forever. They also sell new items in bulk... this is a used clothing store, we don't come there for cheap new boutique clothing- stick with saving the planet instead of doing the opposite. read more

I've found a few great things here. My favorite jeans came from this store. I do have a few very real gripes, though. The store is always very full of merchandise- I feel the buyers could be a lot more picky. (I'm Not really taking about having items that are "out of style") The racks are crammed with clothing, causing items to fall if you try to shift them to try to look at an item. There's a lot of clothing on the floor. Additionally, the store is dirty. Dressing rooms have huge dust bunnies and it's been that way every time I have been here. So gross to have to take off your shoes and try on clothes with the dressing rooms that way. I really wish the staff would prioritize cleaning the dressing rooms. read more

Staff is so friendly, go in with a positive attitude, because you'll feel theirs quickly. Expect it to be busy, because it's awesome. You'll sell, better than a lot of places. You'll also find new and slightly used name brand stuff. I love it, for me, my teenagers also love it. I hate to give them a positive review so it gets even more popular but they deserve it!! They work hard and I appreciate supporting recycling and local owners, if possible. read more

TLDR: store is comfortable screwing customers out of money... I explicitly asked what the return policy was as I was checking out over $100 worth of items. They said I can return for store credit. I go back to return half the items, and they tell me they can't take most of it because it was final sale. When I told them their staff specifically told me I could return the items, they said the staff member was supposed to inform me the items were final sale. Apparently a stamp on the tag means final sale even though there are no signs/warnings indicating that. I would not have bought any of it had I known or been told. They didn't offer to correct it, just said there's nothing they can do. I took a look around the store and over half the tags are stamped, so not sure why they even have a return policy in the first place if you can't return half the stuff in the store. read more

Never have I been to a thrift clothing store and been told that they can't buy my clothes because they are too nice?!? Crazy. Though their inventory is quite junky. It takes a lot for me to say a place sucks because I don't have very high expectations but wow the workers here made 0 effort and had 0 urgency in working. Didn't care to talk to the customers at all and took 45 minutes to look at a single pair of shoes when they said 10 minutes. That wasn't even the biggest thing, but they said their process is 70% of retail and then they offer 30% of that.. they offered $5 for brand new Jeffrey Campbell boots, even platos offered more for similar things and platos doesn't even have as many name brands. I saw my exact boots being charged $28 in their store. The workers were so dull and in their own world. The clothes aren't really that great or are in great condition anyway, shoes are decent, but overall this location sucks lol read more

There's literally six people in line and four people working here and three of the workers are folding clothes and only one person is on the register. They don't seem to give a crap. Apparently folding clothes is more important than making this line go down. Annoying. Also, I know they're trying to save the environment but their lack of bags sucks. I think when I buy 3 armfuls full of clothes they should make an exception and sell me a bag. I look like a homeless person carrying all these clothes out to my car. Whatever. read more
