Each dress style I've tried fits differently so, that's the chance you take when ordering online, right? Well, here's the fine print... NO REFUNDS! And, every dress is minimum $100. I started with a 1X and it was too big. Went down to XXL; that one fit and was kept. $183 (see photo) I still have several hundred dollars of credit and will have to keep ordering until the next one is cute on my body. Oh! And thirdly, you have to PAY $12 each time you ship a return. I'm about to order my 6th replacement... wish me luck. Hopefully it will be the last sale because I'm MAD at myself for thinking i would originally get a refund but... Oh, and the ONLY way to communicate with this company is email. They don't have a business telephone number. Do NOT recommend this dress company if your over 50 and plus size ------------ June 23 2025 Just received my 6th dress, the Solana... love it My credit is now down to $30 Do I let them have it... or spend more money?!! I was greeted today by a beautiful woman working the front desk today and she was such a vibe to talk to. You could see her just glowing because she loves working here and I am ALL FOR IT! She showed me where the dresses were and I was in heaven trying them on because the dressing room had great lighting and a big wonderful mirror. The prices can be a little high but they always have great sales which you really get your money's worth. Each dress will not fit the same tho, I'm a size 16 so 1xl is my size and not all will fit when zipping up the back you may need to take it to a seamstress just a heads up...

Imagine my surprise when I opened a subsequent statement and there was a balance for the late fee and late fees for the late fee! What??? So I called CS again who at first told me there was nothing they could do, but then later in the call told me they could waive only $15 of the $31 fee. I said fine, I would like to pay that off now. Oh wait, they said, it is a $9 fee to pay it over the phone. Hold my beer while I pay it online I said. So I pay the new fee online, but the credit won't show for three days, and I tell them to cancel my card. She says she cancelled it but I see no confirmation of that in the account and she refuses to send me a confirmation email. Protocol, she says, is I have to just believe her and the confirmation will be coming by snail mail in 7-10 days. Will this headache ever end??? Seriously. Save yourselves!!! This has been a PSA.

She was really helpful and honest in her observations and suggestions, encouraged me (along with my daughter) to try different styles I hadn't considered, all while staying respectful of my budget, and ultimately just made me feel beautiful and cared for. I was looking for…read morecost efficient wedding dresses for the big day but was getting discouraged with the high prices until I saw that BC was having a floor sample sale. All dresses were $700! Such a great deal for the brides on a budget. From my understanding, the sale features unsold high-quality dresses that have been gently used for display or modeling. Store: the store was organized and clean but surprising a little small. All the dresses for the sale were tucked in a corner and grouped by level of modesty and style. Overall, I think the experience turned out great for my first wedding dress fitting. My feedback for the team is that I felt overwhelmed at the beginng of the selection process. As a first time wedding dress shopper, a couple of staff members kept asking me what kind of dress I was looking for and seeing if I needed any help with picking out 5 dresses to try on for the first round of fitting. It could have been just their standard protocol to rush or move along the selection process as quickly as possible so they could take their time with the actual dress fitting step. My recommendation is to let one associate lead the intro process and set up a comfortable length of time (about 5-8mins) to let them browse first. This will help make it less overwhelming. Then after the 5 dresses are selected, other staff can come in to help. During the fitting, I had a great time being asked about my vision and plans for the wedding to help keep the whole fitting process light hearted and fun. They're friendly and helpful and not too in my business (which is a tough line to walk). I can usually find things I want among the Lane Bryant clothes. The prices are a little high (as is true for almost all plus size clothing), but there are frequent and meaningful discounts, so be sure to keep track of the mailers that will definitely come (with 15-20% off coupons, always). I don't love shopping, but I'm never sad for a reason to go to this store. It's definitely a happy place to be.
