I arrived a little early and they were able to help me right away. The representative was simply amazing. Very thoughtful, did a great job listening to what I was looking for and helped me find what they had available in store. Unfortunately mine is a surprise event and we didn't have time to order in, but she let me know that was an option. Besides not having a huge selection in my plus size, it was a surprisingly positive experience. My only complaint is the dressing room had no bench, and so wasn't quite as accessible as I would have liked. But the assistance from the sales person definitely made up for that.

I came in with a large bridesmaid dress and they were truthful about telling me to get a new one as even with alterations, it wouldn't look as good. Value: Standard pricing as far as alteration places go. They do guarantee a 1 week turn around basically no matter what which is nice. Overall, would use again.

They give me my tuxedo back and shirt and now it's not cleaned or pressed and is even more wrinkles then it was before I dropped it off. No other cleaners in the area can clean mine in time for the ball as a result. I came here because they have better prices than others. Now I get to be embarrassed when I go to the Marine Ball because I won't look as good as others. Happy Veterans Day to me. I will never come to this cleaners again.

The length of the dress was uneven and extremely long, even wearing 4.25" heels. The dress was layered and loose, and that made the job challenging. However, I took the drees to Olga. She patiently took the time to take the correct measures and pinned the bottom to keep them steady. I was able to noticed she's a PERFECTIONIST, for she make sure every detail of the dress was covered. I picked up the dress within a week. She did an EXCELLENT job on taking it in and hemming the length. The stitches weren't noticeable, the dress was PERFECT!!
