Someone stole my car keys in the dressing room area, went back seconds later after loosing them, and nobody seemed to care or interested in helping me, all while being incredibly rude as well, specially the associate who was there when I dropped the keys, when I was handing her the clothes back, she saw them and did not say or do anything or even place them In the lost and found, which is very dishonest and irresponsible, not to mention suspicious, their response was, people loose keys and other things here all the time! Well good to know I guess. I have never written a review but I have also never lost car keys. Therefore this one I had to share. We had to tow the car and speak to the police about this. However, for some time now the selection at this location has become increasingly bad, and the store is never organized. Today was the worst I have ever experienced. Literally empty shoe shelves, about a dozen 2T clothes options and lots of broken items being marked down. I felt sad leaving and feel there is little reason to go back. I didn't see any signage for returns so went to the checkout area which is where all of the associates were. While I was in line at the checkout, the people behind me were talking about how they didn't see how this location stayed in business because there were no shoppers. When I finally got to the front of the line which took about 10 minutes, I was told to take my return to the back of the store. Again, no signage about where to take returns. I went to the back and found an area for returns although no signage to indicate it was for returns. As I was standing in line again, a woman walked over to a register that appeared closed and stood there looking at me. She didn't say next or indicate that she was open for business. She then looked at me and said in a sarcastic tone, are you ready? I responded to her sarcastic tone with are you ready? It is evident why this store or Kohl's will be going out of business soon. They have gone the way of Kmart; terrible or nonexistent customer service.

After a lunch nearby, I had a second and I decided to stop in. Have you ever found something that you didn't know you wanted, but the minute you held it you suddenly realized that you needed it? That's pretty much the whole premise of Hip & Humble. It's full of delightful little things that, truthfully, fill in the edges of the painting of life. Nothing here is *necessary* for human survival, yet it makes everything in life more colorful. Take for instance the cards that I found, with delightful puns on them. I love cards. I love puns. How did I not have a set of pun cards before? It boggles the mind. So with them in my hands, I knew I had to get them. Their jewelry is super on trend, and totally delightful. Their home stuff is nice. And who doesn't need a book of Craigslist Missed Connections poetry? I mean, these are the items that fill in the blanks. I haven't shopped a place like this in a while. It reminded me of a trip I took last summer to Park City. I shopped a few jewelry stores there with similar finds, a few art spots, and a bookstore. This was kind of like all of those shops combined into one small store with a compressed selection of all of them.
