At most, there are only 3 customers in the store at a time to give you a more personalized experience. It's nice to have the attention of one employee and to not be surrounded by multiple girls also needing attention and dresses to try on. The associate will ask what your budget is up front and stick within that budget the entire time. I like that she even pulled dresses that were below my budget. The shop I went to before this one always gave me dresses that were either exactly my budget or just over it. I appreciated that aspect of this experience. Not only is this shop beautiful, but it offers so many dress options to choose from. The girl helping me was experienced with all the dresses offered in the shop and asked me specific questions of what I was looking for. When she came back from pulling dresses for me to try on, they were all exactly what I was envisioning and described. I tried on several dresses, but the one I bought really is "The Perfect Dress." I am so happy with my purchase and I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day! Why I didn't give it the full 5 stars: once I had told the girl I was buying my dress, her attitude changed from friendly to getting me out because she had "made her sale." She was more than happy to answer questions before I bought the dress, but once I asked another dress question after the sale, she told me to just google it. I also wish they offered alterations in house, like other bridal shops do. She did give me a list of seamstresses to reach out to, but kept changing the name of the person she was recommending. Ultimately, I would still recommend this store to anyone buying a wedding dress. The selection is one of the best and I am in love with my dress. The disappointing part was the end of the appointment, which wasn't the five star experience as the beginning was.

I am writing this review about my entire experience with fantasy bridal - from appointment to…read morewedding. I purchased my wedding dress in August of 2022 and had a great appointment with Q. She was a seriously amazing stylist. She was helpful, knowledgeable, intuitive, kind, sweet, and just simply on the ball. I was overwhelmed by the amount of dresses in the store and she took my words and made them come to life. I had always been worried shopping for a wedding dress would be impossible because I'm incredibly indecisive, but I left asking her "is it supposed to be this easy?" I HIGHLY recommend Q. If it was only for this experience alone, my review would have been 5 stars. I do think they need to make an effort to somehow make the appointments more private as it is SO cramped in there when there are multiple appointments, so maybe scheduling less appointments? But my experience with Q was 5 stars. The reason for my 3 star review is due to management. I went back to Q for an accessories appointment and we selected $800 in accessories, one of which being a belt. The belt that was pulled from the back after we did the appointment when they brought it to me wrapped up ended up being the wrong size. This is a simple mistake, it was the end of the day and I think the girl who grabbed it was new. I called the store and asked to please return the belt or exchange for the correct size, which they said it would take 5 months to come which was far past my wedding. At that point the only option was a return, as I did not like any of the other options. After many calls and after speaking to 2 different people, one of which who said I should receive a refund and apologized, then I get the manager who flat lied to me and told me that their system does not do returns (what point of sales system does not do returns?), that I must have known it was not the right size, and made me feel like it was my fault for a simple oversight that could have been fixed easily. I offered to bring the belt back which was still in perfect, sellable shape. I asked for the owner to call me to discuss the poor treatment of the manager - not a peep. I felt like the situation was handled so poorly. The manager said they had to contact their bridal point of sale system to figure out how to issue a return, which I truly don't buy. Number 1 - what business refuses returns that are their fault so often that they truly don't know how to do a refund and 2, why have one person tell me I should get a refund, then another be rude about it and insist it was my fault? It was such a simple solution and I made it so clear I was happy with my experience, that I have referred people to Fantasy, that I loved my dress, that I wanted to just make one small piece right. Nope. I ended up getting a refund. The owner never called me and they ended up issuing the return. Honestly, you can find all of the same accessories they sell online for 1/10 of the price. The same belt I paid $150 for I found a piece of beaded bridal trim 3 yards long for $12. I also spoke to an ex employee who no longer is there who said they are required to do tik Toks and other social media posts in the dresses as part of their contracts. Those comments on those videos can be nasty, and they make no effort to protect their staff. Making being visible on social media, even with social media harassment, is really strange to me. Offer a bonus or something to those who want to participate, don't make it required then not protect them. Long story short, going to Q is worth it. She will hear what you want and give it to you. But be sure that it IS what you want. The management was not kind and I simply don't trust them. Fantasy has one of the best selections in the valley with great prices. While their management needs SERIOUS work, their dresses and stylists are worth it. Had I not had to deal with the nasty manager, I would have given a perfect 5 star review.

I have driven past Fantasy Bridal many times over the years. Fantasy Bridal appears to have a vast selection of dresses, but there was only a very small section in the back of "Modest" dresses. We didn't realize how difficult it would be to find a dress with sleeves. If you are looking for a modest, classic, traditional wedding dress, this is not your place. If you are looking for something sexy, edgy, with color or iridescent, give this place a try. As we were leaving, we were told by staff that they had some other modest dresses on their website. Surprisingly, there were some pretty dresses online if you were patient enough to scroll and click through them all for the freak chance the one you like comes in your size--you could get lucky if you happen to wear an 8 or a 16, but maybe not.

During our visit, we were asked to take off our shoes and we actually loved that because 1) it's SO clean in the shop, 2) they also have the bride wear gloves to refrain from accidentally staining the dresses they try on. The level of professionalism at Malmrose was so refreshing. Bri knew exactly what my friend wanted and she found her a dress on the first dress try-on just by listening and seeing two pictures of dresses she tried on at other shops. She is a wizard and so good at what she does. Mary is behind the scenes and checked in on us multiple times. She also supported my bestfriend and Bri in the dresses that she tried on. They even shared a tender moment that just made me so happy to see. ALL the women in this shop care about what they do and we felt that. We felt heard, seen, and I know my bestfriend left confident and happy when she found her dress. The absolute best. Thank you so much Mary and Bri. I loved it even more after they showed me how it would look with added sleeves -- I was told they could be sewn on, which sounded perfect. However, when I came in for alterations and explained exactly how I wanted the sleeves attached, I was disappointed to find that they were still clipped on in the front. Only the back was sewn, and the front clips came off almost immediately -- just like they did in the beginning. Sadly, one sleeve actually popped off while I was walking down the aisle, which really impacted our ceremony and made me feel uncomfortable on such an important day. I also had a very poor experience with the front desk staff. The woman I interacted with was unfriendly and didn't seem suited for a customer-facing role. She didn't know the prices for the veil and accessories, and I was ultimately overcharged. When I mentioned the price was different than what I'd been told, she simply said, "Well, that's what you have to pay," which was frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place -- especially now that they only sell dresses. With my experience, it just wasn't worth the money or the stress.
