I went in it this lower-level store, I talked with the owner, I felt the thick, woolen fabric of their stellar ponchos. Yet still, the Layton Hills Mall doesn't yet have it in their directory; there is no website, no Facebook page, no Twitter of Instagram. Be that as it may, I love this place. It has that mom-and-pop flavor with a mishmash of products: The afore mentioned Peruvian coats (for every, yes your reading this correctly, every NFL team); stuffed animals (mostly small dogs); toys including light-shooting rifles (you also heard this right); gigantic animal-themed dreamcatchers; Navajo-type rugs; doll accessories; Baja jackets, and an eclectic variety of things I've only begun to describe. Friendly staff, very reasonable prices, cool stuff ... I may have just seen a mirage in a mall. But I'll be going back to make sure it actually exists. Cool stuff!

The shopping model is addictive with the regular coupons, Kohl's cash, and rewards points. They also have a wide selection of items that we tend to appreciate. In addition to clothes and shoes, we also purchased kitchen, home goods, bedding, bath, pet items, games, and seasonal options. They have an Amazon return station also that we've used a few times as an alternate to the UPS Store across the street. I found some items I wanted that I tried to purchase online, but would have had to wait 4-10 days for them to get it ready for in-store pickup. So I visited in person, and found everything I was looking for the same day. I also picked up a 70% off clearance item that I wouldn't otherwise have found online. They reworked the checkout from having several registers in their separate lines on both sides of the store, to a single queue line weaving through last minute displays to a bank of multiple registers in a line. You wait to be called to the next available register so no one can slip in front you. There was only one register open when I was there, and the staff was very friendly and helpful with my purchase. Buckle has a 60 day layaway program. most layaway programs I am familiar with, are only 30 days. Of course when you participate in any layaway program, you have to pay a small percentage towards the purchase to hold the clothes, and make scheduled payments, and of course, once your done paying, you get your clothes. With buckle the same is true, but with their program, it's pay as you go. You can pay as much or as little within the 60 days your clothes are on layaway, AND, if you want to get one or two peices of clothing items early, then all you have to do is pay the full price of that particular item. As you purchase your items, you get your buckle punch card punched for every ten dollars you use to purchase buckle stuff. Great deal huh? I have been using this program over the last couple of months, when I found out about it, I tried on every single item I on that I liked, purchased what I couldn't live without, and put the rest on layaway. I didn't have to comprimise choose which item to do without so that I wouldn't blow the bank, I got everything I wanted... in increments.
