I heard about this store and how they provide rentals for a reasonable price. The process is easy: check in at the kiosk to make res; meet with one of the reps in the back (fitting/sizing): and then, pay at the front counter. Staffs are super helpful and nice. Ample parking in the lot. I'd come back to continue renting gears or referring others to come here.

Instead of enjoying the quiet serenity of skiing through powder, the sound of a squeaking old rusty hinge was heard the whole day. The snowboard was set so badly that it caused foot cramping all day. When shown the video with the sound and told how vastly different the experience had been, the employees did not know what could have caused it and were not willing to do anything about it. Extended family are coming out next month and will not be using this rental shop.

If you catch it at the wrong time, good luck finding a place to park because the lot is tiny. Inside, the store isn't large, but it packs a punch for what it has. A lot of items are discounted 30% or 40% (or more, depending on the event). Some of the items are samples and/or irregular items, so the discount(s) can be pretty steep. One of the best parts of this is that for someone who is out of town, they will ship your purchase for free. So I always take advantage of that because why pack it in your luggage when they'll do that for you? It's a great outlet with pretty stellar deals and a great selection. 100% worth the stop.

I was staying at the adjoining hotel for work, and forgot gym shorts in case I wanted to do one of the yoga classes being offered, so popped into the evo store to see what options I might have. They had some good ones, including Vuori and other top brands of quality shorts. Unfortunately, I've spent my limit on fancy gym apparel this year and was looking for more budget options which I couldn't find here. I ended up doing weight lifting in normal shorts, which I'm only now realizing is not a big deal after having done it. Staff was friendly, and there was some sort of shop dog which always makes for an enhanced experience. They had other cool stuff and if you're into outdoor living in Salt Lake, this feels like a spot to check out for sure.
