Then they just told me to go to a different one and they'll immediately print them off for me. Guess what. The other one DIDN'T WORK!! I had to chase my child around while waiting for a whole hour for this process just to end up leaving with nothing. Incredible waste of my time and energy. Think I will be finding somewhere else to print my pictures from now on. Somewhere that actually works and does its job.

More often than not, my interactions with this Smith's market is through the click list pick-up. In the rare case that the wrong thing was included, the customer service has been outstanding. I find that the selection of foods is really good. I can find almost anything I need for a recipe and it seems that the store does a good job at keeping everything in stock, except for TP and Paper Towels, but that isn't due to Smiths not trying. People be hoarding.

Case in point, a box of cookies had the sell-by date of April 2020 (I didn't notice until I spit out the first stale bite and looked). Next time I was in the store, I grabbed two boxes and took them to the service counter and they said they'd make sure they were pulled. Two weeks later, there are still 16 boxes on the shelf. Milk is routinely past date, as is cheese. If they are this careless about things that can be checked, how can I be sure they are handling perishable foods and getting them refrigerated promptly?! This store is the Smith's Marketplace that offers more nonfood items like clothes, home, garden, entertainment, children's games and toys, etc.. They have a pharmacy, an America First Credit Union, and a Starbucks inside the store that we haven't used. The deli counter has unique cheeses and charcuterie items that are fun to try. They have a kitchen wares area near the deli counter that has appliances, utensils, towels, etc. They recently remodeled this store and moved the clothing to the south end of the store, and reorganized all the beauty items into the middle area and shifted all the isles around. The fuel area outside has better big rig access than our other Smith's fuel location so we tend to bring our large motorhome over to fuel up with diesel. We've enjoyed their credit card and fuel points advantages to keep our cars gassed up at more reasonable prices. Recently, however, they've changed their credit card and changed up their points usage rules. It's still pretty new, so we'll have to see how it goes with the benefits.
