Had a great variety of items. It was also reasonably priced. This was unexpected for such a small store.

most friendly staff! great selection! Deli 10/10!! Best home town ambiance!!! Thank you Valley Market for years of amazing food and service!

I have always considered Valley Market to be one of the best eating/buying places living here in Eden. I love the friendly young staff, they are always helpful and love to talk, listen to all your troubles.***** This is a rather nice local grocery store, it is well stocked, clean and offers great values they have a wide selection of products here at reasonable prices it is the perfect stopover for groceries and beer.***** Then to the question of why did I only rate it 3 stars. Well it's pretty simple, the deli. The staff is not vary nice in there the manager does not care what they say or do the prices have gone up and the quality down, so it brings me to the last problem the manager Danielle she has no care for the well-being of others she should not have been put in charge she is not vary qualified in short, yes I have seen the reports since the deli is loosing money more than ever, so do the best thing put a new manager in charge. Sincerely. -ACE- PS= info got by guests that are mad/will never set foot in the store again. read more

Cute little store in Eden! Nice selection, they will have what you need. Super great service!!

Just had the worst made deli sandwich I have ever had. What a waste of $6. The meat is terrible and impossible to chew. Even my dog refused. read more

Valley Market - Terrible sandwich. Your deli guy needs a lesson on how to make sandwiches. - Grocery Near Me - Eden, Utah

What can I say, I am a sucker for friendly young staff. It is not a big store but it is well maintained. The produce section was not the freshest but I managed to find some ingredients for a salad. read more

Valley Market has a great sandwich selection and great lunch specials everyday. All of the staff is great & super helpful. They are small but almost always have what I need. read more

We love the Valley Market! We do a lot of camping in the mountains around Huntsville, and whenever we need to stock up on provisions, this is where we go. Rural markets are a throwback to yesteryear. There's always a nostalgic feel for me whenever I come here. It reminds me of the grocery stores my family would go to while I was a kid. That's not to say that this is an old outdated store from the 70's, because it' isn't. But with narrower aisles, it's no larger than it needs to be, yet has everything in supply that you could possibly need. In the summer they are well-stocked with all of those things that you forgot to pack before heading to Pineview, including beach towels. Lots of great picnic food is hot and ready to eat in the deli. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Come support this great local business when you're in town. read more

Small town grocer in Eden UT. Meets expectations and carries everything you need if you're vacationing in the area. There is a Zions Bank inside, floral and pharmacy. The produce, meat were clean and fresh. Note that masks are not mandatory to enter the store yet please mask up. read more

Valley Market adds a convenance to shopping when visiting the Ogden valley area. The store is well stocked, clean and offers great values.

I had the best experience today at the Valley market. I went in to buy a few supplies, fresh fruit etc, the pricing was very good and fruit was great. While checking out I asked the cashier if there was a office store nearby where I could print a document off and fax it back, she said go upstairs and ask Maureen, she will help you. I interrupted a meeting, but Maureen Cornell stopped what she was doing and went above and beyond to help me complete my task. Thank you... Great customer service!!! read more

I have always considered Valley Market to be one of the charming parts of living here in Eden. But their haphazard approach with Covid-19 safety practices now makes it a risk to shop there. In such congested, jam packed surroundings we ALL should be conscious of protecting our community. Even their employees in the Deli area are not always wearing masks. It's simple. Be strong, protect your customers and enforce everyone in the place wears a mask. Until then I have to make the trip to Ogden once or twice each week and shop at the markets that insist on mask usage. It's NOT political, it's just consideration for our well-being. The fact that you are unwilling to protect your shoppers is a sad statement. read more

This is the perfect stopover for groceries and beer if you're in the Ogden (Powder Mountain) area. Food is decently priced even when not on sale, produce is fresh, and the staff are very friendly. Stop by the deli for some cheap cold cuts, fried chicken, and some other hot foods. Best of all, there are no membership cards so you don't have to hassle standing in like at the customer service like other supermarkets. There is also a jerky cart in the parking lot that I've been meaning to try out. read more

This a nice local grocery store. We stopped here today on the way to dinner w/ Jim's youngest son's family to pick up salad dressing and a few other items. Jim stops here regularly after his yoga class for a treat and picks up groceries as needed. The store is clean and well stocked w/ all the necessities. They have an extensive variety of salad dressings from Kraft to Newman's own and Briana's. Alan found unsalted pretzels and shaving cream. Jim picked up eggs. Staff were friendly and a few recognized and greeted Jim as a regular. read more

I thought that this would be just a bit bigger than a convenience store. When we walked inside, I was pleasantly surprised. They have a wide selection of products here at reasonable prices. Being that they are pretty much the only grocery in the area, I expected the prices to be "highway robbery". Happy that I was wrong. The donuts were pretty darn good. I do not know if they make them here, but it's worth stopping here just for them. Valley Market is a good place to stock up if you're staying in the area for a few days. Looks like they've got everything one needs. read more

This is THE grocery store for Eden and Liberty residents and visitors. There's really nothing else in Ogden Valley on the north side of Pineview Reservoir. Though smaller than your typical Smith's or Albertson's, it offers a great variety at surprisingly affordable prices. read more

Very good small town market. I first started coming here to pick up Powder Mountain tickets back many many years ago. Since then I've become a regular customer. Great Meats Great Deli good produce (liking the new organics and just generally fresher produce I have been seeing during 2013-2014 snow season). Don't miss: Their store made breakfast and italian sausages. Garlic and Jalapeno rolls and their 7 layer dip. Prices are good for such a small town store and the staff is always friendly and helpful. read more

First, the curbside pickup deserves 5 stars! The selection was great, it was fast, and the gentleman who put groceries in my trunk was pleasant, helpful, and declined a tip. Definitely recommend. However, do NOT set foot in the store! It is a mess. Packed full with people who may or may not be wearing masks and have no intention of socially distancing. A man walked in, no mask, and brazenly passed by the cashier. I looked to her to ask why she didn't enforce the rules and I realized that she was wearing a face shield, but no mask, which is useless. I had just read that morning that Covid is up 85% in Weber County and, after visiting the market in Eden, I realize why. It's irresponsible and just plain bad business to disregard customer safety and public health. I will continue to drive to Ogden to visit Smith's before I will set foot in this store again. read more

We were visiting Eden with 10 grandchildren who wanted to go fishing. I stopped at the market and got great advice plus fishing supplies. The employees were so kind and friendly. read more

The apple fritters are really good. Didn't try the pork wings (deep fried ribs), but they look good. Pretty well stocked for a small market. read more

Perfect stop to get groceries and supplies if you're staying in the area. They have just about everything you need and open 7am-10pm (if I remember correctly). We stayed at Wolf Lodge just a mile up. Also purchase discount life tickets for Powder Mountain $55 here vs $65 at the mountain. One time I was here, there was a guy selling jerky out in the parking lot - venison, buffalo, etc. Great stuff. read more

Tons of expired food here. I have never have this issue until shopping here. Check every date! I have even bought soda 3 months out of date. How long has that been sitting on the shelf for soda to be expired? Another time I ate a chip that turned out to be expired. It chipped my tooth and I had to go to the dentist. Thanks for the dental bill Valley Market! The stockers act like the customers are in the way and make no attempt at customer service. They often push their carts into you and are in the way of items. The cashiers are usually busy talking to each other or their friends. They barely focus on the customer. Do the kids around here go to school? Once I asked for paper, as in a paper bag and she said "what kind"? Me being a engineer that absolutely hates airheads wanted to get smart with her and say "one that's made of trees". I asked her what she was talking about and she somehow thought I was asking for a newspaper. Lots of rude and inconsiderate northern Utahans congregate here. They usually illegally park their lifted truck pulling a 40' RV and side by sides in the fire lane or horizontal park across 6 spots. I have never seen horizontal parking across parking spots until moving here. Very inconsiderate. The meal special is pretty good deal and a ton of food. But again, you have to deal with inconsiderate and incompetent people common in the area. read more

Lucky to have this gem as our hometown grocery stop. They have everything and If they don't have something they will order it for you. Fantastic bakery and hot foods at ridiculously low prices. Great grocery store. We love valley market read more

It's an ok store but it's overpriced and has a ton of expired food. The deli has ok food but I will say from frequent visits when I'm too busy to make dinner, if you ever go there and see a girl named Keighley, beware. I've watched skip basic food safety handling (picking food up with her bare hands- no gloves, licking her hands after picking up food and then picking up more food). I don't know how she hasn't gotten in trouble for this yet but I've stopped eating there because of how gross this is. Be careful, if you go there and see her behavior you'll probably know what I'm talking about. Hope this issue gets solved and management steps up and does their job and gets rid of her read more
