We've always seen the sign from the freeway for years and finally decided to stop by. I saw on Facebook that they were doing some really cute valentine candy bouquets, so we decided to pick some up for our kids. First, there was a really fun photo op outside. They had a ginormous chair we could take photos in, so we took full advantage of that :) This little store is chuck full of food and items made locally. They have produce, candy, ice cream, soda, beer, lotions, coffee, dog treats, decor and everything in between. In the back they have a vending machine where you can buy Bingham Custom Meats bacon bombs. We haven't used it yet, but it looks so awesome! The employee there was a rockstar! She helped us figure out our candy bouquets and made them look awesome! The kids absolutely loved them and I think we're going to need to do this again. This place is so cute and the customer service was amazing. My first time here they'd answered all of my questions and gave a few recommendations they had few little samples. This place is definitely a little hidden gem. If you haven't been here, I highly recommend it. Of course you know grabbed a few goodies. Sacco's has been here forever, but this was my first visit under the new ownership. They have the standard dairy section, fresh veggies, candies, spices, meats, and a fun knick-knack/decor area. We made a point to stop in and see the vending machine for Bingham's meats. We've been buying at Bingham's in Morgan, but now we can stop in here at Sacco's and get some of the favorite Bacon Bombs. We didn't end up buying anything on this trip, but basically we were scouting the options and seeing what was new and improved. The casher did smile and offer us help if we had any questions. The pricing seemed to be a bit on the higher side for the few things I marked in my mind as interesting. Unfortunately, I think that higher pricing is the new normal for any kind of shopping. This is the very definition of a "local" store and there is a lot of goodness packed in this little shop. Fruit and veggie season is, of course, they're big season but there are treasures to be found here year round. Local cheese and dairy products, local Craft Beers, local honey, local crafts, local salsas. There are also cute decor items scattered throughout the shop for your pleasure. Don't miss out on the great candies and taffies they offer, either. There is also a good selection of fruits and veggies in the store year round and an EXCELLENT bunch of dried spices available at good prices. Fun little shop and it's nice to shop here to support a local merchant. She took over when Carlo Sacco decided to retire and it is awesome to see what she has done with the place. read more

So adorable! This is a local watering hole- and totally a must see! Everything is unique and/or locally sourced. We love the remodeled interior. It's so quaint and rustic modern. We always love gosners flavored milk, fresh salt water taffy, fruit dips, and of course their flap-jack drizzle (its crack). We can walk around this place and always find something new to try. Yesterday, I stopped by and picked out two plants, and the guy told me they were closed. I said oh sorry I can go." He says no, no, my wife can ring you up, I said, "Oh thank you, is it OK if I buy my vegetables?" By the time I was done, my little basket was full. But the couple was so gracious and kind this is why I always go get my vegetables here they make you feel like family. read more

I've only been to Sacco's twice once with the original owners and, today, under new management. These two visits were like night and day. The previous owner was friendly and engaging greeting my wife and I as we walked in the door. The new owners (or workers behind the counter) didn't even give us a nod when we entered. Old store: fresh produce and local fair oriented while the new store's inventory resembled a high priced booth at a street fair. Needless to say do to the lack of even a tepid greeting and the inflated prices of their goods we will not be returning. What a shame. I wish the new owners luck but, frankly, don't think this new version of Sacco's will have the longevity of the old Sacco's. read more

This place is amazing!! If you are looking for fresh spices, fresh fruit, and specialty cheeses this is THE PLACE!! It has a little of everything, reasonably priced, with TONS of local specialties. I love to go to Sacco's when I'm anywhere near it. They always sell local produce and their prices are reasonable. Sweet Corn is in season now. I can eat this for every meal if that was possible. The Black berries were huge and would have made any bear happy. It's so nice to go to one place and buy such fresh food. The only thing I would change is to have them open a location in Salt Lake and yes's I'm begging. read more
