A good chunk of their catalog rotates fairly often and some rare finds make their way around the shelves too. They also provide disk resurfacing services. I've brought up all my GameCube Games over the last year or so and they're so helpful and quick! And in the event that a disc is too damaged, they'll show you exactly what is happening and still let you choose whether or not you want to proceed. The transparency here is extremely appreciated. Something as simple as me wanting to know more about how they fixed another customer's PS5 HDMI port and they showed me everything I needed to know and also gave me tips and tricks for if I ever needed to do it myself. Overall, this place is very welcoming, and I've never had a bad experience thus far. If you are looking to expand your collection, check this place out!

The owner Rand is so cool and I was able to snag a nice Paul Simon record at a great price! He was enjoying music as we walked in, so this man knows good music. Don't forget to check out the upstairs part of the shop, there are some really cute clothing pieces like quilted overalls, sweaters, and the like, as well as some vintage items. If there's anything in particular that you're looking for, Rand can help you find it! Don't be afraid to ask. Floor to ceiling shelves, stuffed-and I mean stuffed-full of inventory. Clothing, dishes, trinkets, toys, hardware, art, you name it, they've got it. There's a certain "smell" in the place that even lends the it's authenticity. It's a cross between the basement in grandma's house and the old shed out back. Sadly, when I visited, I didn't get there early enough to properly browse through all the goodies, but I got a good enough glimpse to tell me that I want to go back. One item of note, that I'm not sure how to feel about...there was a collection of hat pins, one with a swastikas design. I understand that it is history, and technically an antique, but it did make me feel a little icky. I wound up spending a lot more time here than anticipated and though I didn't find anything right at that moment I was after, it definitely is good to have another shop on the radar. There is a ton of trades and collectibles as well, not to mention probably the greatest amount of the short boxes I've seen anywhere. If you're a comic book fan, this spot definitely has to be on your radar. Don't let appearances fool you. This place has a lot to offer, particularly in the back issue department.

He was so excited! I thought it was so neat that they had those. Barnes & Noble isn't just books. They had toys, legos, games, and even some apparel. If you get thirsty, they have a Starbucks inside to quench your thirst! If you ever need help locating an item, the employees are always happy to help. Just ask and they can usually find it for you or give you an idea on where to look. I've had nothing but great experiences here. We love Barnes & Noble!

The staff are friendly, and I've had some friendly chats with other customers as well. It is a fun place to commune over our shared interest of music. There is plenty of new and used vinyl, and they even have a decent cassette and CD selection. Bright lighting and some good background music make it easy to find things and lose track of time. They have a very active, friendly Facebook community as well. A must visit in Sandy.

However, the auctions are similar to the store, in that not much is being offered, and somehow they're bidding for things that I know might sell for 5x less. I've gone to about 4 auctions and I've seen the same record bought 4 times. I've seen this same record at the store too, and it's not like a special record haha. I'm not sure if the customer base wants to burn money? Like record collecting, of course, is a money-burning hobby, it just looks like they're burning dough for records that just ain't worth it. I do wish the selection here felt like it wasn't for people that just listen to classic rock radio all the time. What keeps me from crate digging is how unorganized everything is. Sure, separated by genre, but I'm not sure if any organization goes into these genres. It's like they just saw what had space and put incoming records in those spaces. You could find an elvis record and then 4 crates later find another (or maybe the same) Elvis record, knowing you went through different artists. Customers will be lazy and leave records in the wrong place but this is insanity.
