The store is easy to navigate with clothing divided by category and then size. There's even a section of items that have been featured on Instagram-such a fun idea! the women's clothing selection outweighs the men's-but that's to be expected in just about any clothing store. The owner of the shop is engaging and friendly-super willing to help find just the right piece to add to your collection. My only bit of feedback would be to tidy up the dressing room floors a bit-they were pretty dirty. But otherwise, it's a fun store that I'd happily return to!

Don't get me wrong, there are certainly amazing deals to be had here. The selection is overall in…read morepretty good shape and well organized. The glaring problem is with the people they have working on the floor and at the registers, at least the few I came in contact with. I understand it's a charity shop, and most of the workers are volunteers, but these are not sweet retirees trying to help out the less fortunate while earning their way to heaven. These are mentally challenged crackheads who appear to be bitterly paying their court-appointed debt to society while desperately wishing they were anywhere else. I found an item I really wanted, but it had no tag so I took it to the register to show an employee and ask the price. She ripped it out of my hand, looked at me with a scowl, said "No", then turned and walked away. I was so shocked by her rudeness I stood there with my jaw dropped not really understanding what was going on. I guess they don't re-tag items without them going back through the inventory process, and maybe she thought I was trying to scam them for a lower price or something, but she could've just F-ING said that without treating me like an asshole and leaving me standing there. Then, after I had been shopping for two hours, and had a cart with a handful of clothes I'd meticulously assessed one by one for any damage, I left my cart in an open area, off to the side and out of the way, while I picked through some narrow aisles. I came back several minutes later and my cart was gone. I asked a worker about it. She looked at me with a stupefied face and said all of my things had been put away. It's not like I left it for an hour. WTF are these people even doing? I was so pissed, I hung the few things I had in my hands on the nearest rack and walked out. I felt like an ass for leaving her standing there, but I didn't want to scream at the poor crackhead's stupid face. This is just one experience, but I think you'll do yourself a solid to not ask any questions, and be sure to keep a hand on your cart at all times, if you decide to shop here.

Since it was my first booth, they have a guarantee that I will make at least that much back or they will make up the difference so what do I have to lose? Well, the hours it took me to get my stuff ready and tagged and tags/stickers removed afterwards. I sold exactly the price of my booth, so it's like I gave away $30 worth of stuff for $0. Actually had to pay a materials fee, I think $3, that I didn't get back. I found 4 items in my booth that wasn't mine, so it's reasonable to assume maybe my stuff ended up in other people's booths too. You have to inventory your own things if you want to keep track of what's sold. I asked the workers there if their sticker tags were easy to remove. They said yes so I tagged a whole bunch of stuff with stickers. Well, they do NOT come off easy so it's been a pain and near impossible to remove the stickers off books and household items. That's what I'm most upset about really. Warning to those using stickers.
