Well with a return policy of 2 days and a mistake on the gender of the baby I am now stuck with a gift that won't work for a baby boy and the clerk did check with her manager to see if I could get even store credit and the answer was NO. A 2 day return policy is quite ridiculous and I would rather spend my money elsewhere where being a loyal customer means something. All tags were still attached never even taken out of the gift box. The shop is an old house that has been repurposed into a fantastic space that exudes positive energy. I visited recently and was looking for something special for my best friend, who is a collector of stones and gems. I am not well-versed in stones, but I knew I wanted something that would signify our friendship/sisterhood. A lovely staff member jumped into action and curated a sampling of options for me to choose from. I was so grateful for their efforts to help me find just the right gift, and I fell in love with one of them-a watermelon tourmaline. They offered gift wrap options and made sure it was ready for my friend to love. While I was there, I interacted with a couple different staff members and they were so welcoming and helpful.
