The shop attached is so cute! The coffee was wonderful and the caprese sandwich was delightful too!

This is a fun place to explore…read more Love the Asian snacks, drinks, and different ramen options offered here. I bought a few things for a small gift basket that included some of the things I mentioned above. An $8 individual ceramic hot pot type bowl that you can heat directly on your stovetop. It had a beautiful cherry blossom design. I also got a chopsticks set, and bamboo hot pad for setting hot pots or pans on. The cashier was kind enough to open the box for me so I could inspect the hot pots for damage. As other people have mentioned, it's like an Asian version of our dollar tree store, only Daiso prices range from $2.25-$18. It's very organized and clean. They have so much variety from toys, to stationary, gardening items, organizing items, laundry items and so much more. It's definitely worth a visit to browse everything they have to offer.

It's worth a visit to see all of the just totally random things they have. This place is hard to…read morecategorize but I'd basically say it's like a Japanese Dollar Tree but with at least 5x as many items. There's tons of stationary items, lots of small storage, little cooking utensils, makeup brushes and bottles, they even had a section for fishing lures. The reason for knocking the star is that the closest comparison is Dollar Tree but it's more expensive. The cheapest items are $2.25, but they carry some of the same things as Dollar-Fifty-And-Up Tree like the same LA Awesome sprays and LA Looks makeup. Another example, I was admiring a small metal trinket tray that turned out to be $6 but only seemed of Dollar Tree quality. I curious what others think, totally worth a stroll if nothing else.

The location is easy to find if you enter the mall through the container store. They lost a star because there were 4 sales reps talking amongst themselves and it took them what felt like too long to greet me and then when they gathered the items that I was there to pick up 2 couldn't figure out how to check me out. I guess this is to be expected at a mall shop.

I thought this store was like Hot Topic (is that still around?), and I suppose it is a little, but…read morethe simplest way to describe it is a conglomeration of every type of popular fandom. So much stuff - Apparel, jewelry, blankets and other home decor, toys, treats, and about a bajillion other things for fan favorites such as Star Wars, Bob's Burgers, Harry Potter plus tons of Disney stuff, and TOTORO! There are more obscure pop culture icons represented as well, but the majority are easily recognizable. Prices are average, and I can't say much about service since I didn't buy anything, but there were two employees working, one who was busy, and another who just stood at the cash register and eyed customers. I caught her eye, she looked at me for a moment, but didn't say a word. Still, I think this poor customer service is just how retail is, and I need to stop being surprised by it. They didn't have what I was looking for, and I'm not super into the majority of this stuff, so I don't know how often I'll return for myself, but it would be a fantastic place to shop for a gift.
