I walked in to one customer and one employee, the employee off the bat looked visibly annoyed by my presence but given the fact he was sorting through things, and I'm also sure that he has a lot of people like this come in without much knowledge about cards in general, knowing this I tried giving him the benefit of the doubt, but then I gave him my cards to look through and I didn't expect much at all and if not I would've just given him the cards and left but he just had his attitude and annoyance that overtook it seemed, he told me he would just give these cards to kids. I tried stacking them all nicely to not make is such a hassle for them to look thru before leaving my home and all I could find was this Velcro wrapping on the floor before leaving in a rush, he later made an observation about it jokingly saying "it was interesting". It was actually a bit funny but I'm not really sure why he'd say that. At the end of it he just tossed my stuff on the counter didn't say anything to me, and talked to the other customer as the customer was asking a question but no thank you or have a nice day. Just overall a very awkward and bad first impression

Foot traffic for a Sunday was quite brisk. Like most used-media type places, this one is heavily dependent on what they get in, with exceedingly little new stuff, but even hitters like Wal-Mart can't be bothered, so no shame there, I suppose. Being in a mall, it is slightly more expensive, but the selection is quite solid. I found a couple very deep titles on my wish list and was pleased that I was able to ferret those out. This is almost worth dealing with the atrocious parking lot situation to visit, though I probably won't for quite some time again. I think my favorite thing is the layout, which is outstanding. Just well-done all around and if they had more of the newer release titles, I might be just tempted to push this up a star.

We stopped in last week during our date night and a few things have changed. The free arcade games…read moreare now in the back of the shop (which is a great idea). It makes it a lot easier to walk around the shop to look at games. Another thing I noticed was that they were playing gaming music. It just made the shopping experience that much more fun. The last change I noticed was that they had some of their arcade games for sale...and they sold the ninja turtles one! They still have plenty of fun ones to play though! My husband and I played two quick games and then I bought me a switch game to play at home. I really love this shop. It brings back so many childhood memories! I'm definitely going to keep supporting it.

The employee was very insistent on me buying the console today which was a little off-putting. It felt more like the guy that came in only cared about making money which didn't really sit right with me. I get it's a business but he didn't really act professional. The guy who helped me at the register was nice though. Lastly, most of their product is VERY overpriced with a few exceptions.

So when I visited Utah recently to attend my oldest daughter's wedding, my honey-do-list included a trip to Gamestop to search for the requested Pokemon. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything new or different. Rooster's, on the other hand, had no less than 6 Pokemon that neither girl had. When I called the Mrs for confirmation, the word I got was, "They want this one, and that one, and how about that one, too." The staff was fantastic. My husband got my wedding ring made at Bryson's Rock Shop last year prior to our ceremony. He…read morebrought in my current engagement ring for sizing, and all the material and stones needed for him to complete it. It was almost 400 dollars for the jeweler there (I can't remember his name; he speaks broken English) to create the band and set the stones... Even though he had the size plus another ring to go off of, the ring was too large and slid in every photo we took at the ceremony. Three months later I went to have it cleaned and the jeweler said my stones were not set correctly so he couldn't use the ultrasonic machine to clean it. Three months after that, my center stone (a one carat black diamond) almost fell out, sinking down into the setting in a way I didn't think possible. Thankfully my husband told me the jeweler said he would size it or fix it if anything went wrong... I went in today to see if he could fix it, no rush needed. I was talking with a lovely lady who worked there, moments away from spending at least one to two hundred dollars on a moldavite ring or stone, when I decided to not support a business which does not back its sellers and craftsmen under their name. David didn't give me the time of day and wouldn't even talk about fixing his mistake for less than $30. He could have said $5 and i still would've walked. With the way the world is, can't we agree we should only support people who have pride in their work and honor their word? Now I have to find someone else who will touch his work, which is done quite unconventionally. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS MAN. He does not care about you, or about the value of his word, or the impact your piece of jewelry you commissioned him to make has on you. I have recommended this store to dozens of people over the past year; I will now turn it into telling everyone to not support them.
