We decided to check this them out on my friend's birthday and it also happened to be free comic book day (totally worth checking out, if you haven't). They have an amazing selection of comic books, games and lots of random figurines. My wife stumbled upon a little Aggretsuko figure that I fell head over heels for and bought it for me. The guys who work there are extremely friendly and always down to help you with whatever you might need. Not really in a place in life to add to my board games collection, but when I am, I know where I'm going!

The girl behind the counter said yeah they just keep going up. I later went Gamers Asylum and played in their tournament for $42, got the same Pre-Release pack, but I got to play to win even more packs. This shop charged me double, and didn't even offer a tournament. I feel like this place just stole $80 from me. What an embarrassment for a store. I'm going to tell everyone I know to avoid this place. I hope they go out of buisness.

What a cool find! I live down south, and although this is quite a drive, I've always had…read moresatisfaction on my visits. They have a large and wide range of retro options all the way to latest generation consoles and game selections. A good chunk of their catalog rotates fairly often and some rare finds make their way around the shelves too. They also provide disk resurfacing services. I've brought up all my GameCube Games over the last year or so and they're so helpful and quick! And in the event that a disc is too damaged, they'll show you exactly what is happening and still let you choose whether or not you want to proceed. The transparency here is extremely appreciated. Something as simple as me wanting to know more about how they fixed another customer's PS5 HDMI port and they showed me everything I needed to know and also gave me tips and tricks for if I ever needed to do it myself. Overall, this place is very welcoming, and I've never had a bad experience thus far. If you are looking to expand your collection, check this place out!

I don't know if this is supposed to be Game Vault or Gamers Asylum, but loosely, half of the store…read moreis devoted to games and the other half is devoted to comics and man, is it ever. The name does not sound much like a comic spot though, eh? It's in a curious area and the building itself looks run-down and beat. Inside, that motif continues, but there is a treasure trove of comics there, with fully 1/3 of the much larger than expected interior space devoted to both comics and related toys. I wound up spending a lot more time here than anticipated and though I didn't find anything right at that moment I was after, it definitely is good to have another shop on the radar. There is a ton of trades and collectibles as well, not to mention probably the greatest amount of the short boxes I've seen anywhere. If you're a comic book fan, this spot definitely has to be on your radar. Don't let appearances fool you. This place has a lot to offer, particularly in the back issue department.

The price isn't the reason i am writing a 1 star review. The reason i am writing a one star review is because of the service. There was a worker that got me and my friends kicked out of the entire mall. All 4 of my friends and me went into the store and he was instantly eyeing us. It wasn't until one of my friend tossed a ball to the other so that he could see the price. my friend saw it and lightly tossed it back. The first friend that now had the ball put it bat and we continued looking around until 2 seconds later this worker that had short hair, a beard, and looked to be 22 instantly kicked us out the store with no warning. We asked why and He said that we were there the Tuesday before (1/30/24) this instance and that we were throwing a ball around the store then. I told him that it was my friends first time being there and I had been there before, but it was around 3 weeks before this instance. This little cry baby did not like that i was "talking back to him". He called security and we thought that security had let us go after because he didn't say we had to leave, but he kept following us when we would go into other stores in the mall until we stop and started talking to each other. One guard came up to us and told us where to leave and we just left. I was very disappointed because he made us wait in the rain for like 15-20 minutes for my mom to come pick me and my friends up. P.S. I don't know the workers name, but he was working 2/2/24 at 3:30p.m.

At that time your employee with buzzed hair proclaimed from across the store that nothing could be purchased. It was 8:41pm on Monday January 23rd. The mall and store do not close until 9pm. They turned us away and it crushed my son! I will not be returning and will find the stuffy online elsewhere for him as this is the worst customer service I can imagine. I am a manager of a retail store and I am leaving this review as this feedback is critical to hear to keep your business and customers satisfied. How are you to pay your rent if you turn guests away from purchasing 20 minutes before your store operating hours end? I would love to hear from you as to why this is acceptable!? I would give you 0 stars if it let me.
