I tried to place the order over their website, but for some reason it wouldn't process the payment, and I tried using different credit cards, but always with the same result. I emailed them about the issue and I received a reply soon after from Zane, who told me that they could help me make the purchase over the phone. So I called the store and spoke to Anthony, who assisted me and rang me up over the phone, and he said that he should be able to have the record shipped out that day. True to his word, Anthony sent me a message with the tracking number for my order. When order arrived, the record was packaged very carefully and the record in excellent condition. Hopefully, if I ever make my way out to Utah (I live in New York), I will certainly make it a point to swing by Graywhale!

The girl behind the counter said yeah they just keep going up. I later went Gamers Asylum and played in their tournament for $42, got the same Pre-Release pack, but I got to play to win even more packs. This shop charged me double, and didn't even offer a tournament. I feel like this place just stole $80 from me. What an embarrassment for a store. I'm going to tell everyone I know to avoid this place. I hope they go out of buisness.

They have a large and wide range of retro options all the way to latest generation consoles and game selections. A good chunk of their catalog rotates fairly often and some rare finds make their way around the shelves too. They also provide disk resurfacing services. I've brought up all my GameCube Games over the last year or so and they're so helpful and quick! And in the event that a disc is too damaged, they'll show you exactly what is happening and still let you choose whether or not you want to proceed. The transparency here is extremely appreciated. Something as simple as me wanting to know more about how they fixed another customer's PS5 HDMI port and they showed me everything I needed to know and also gave me tips and tricks for if I ever needed to do it myself. Overall, this place is very welcoming, and I've never had a bad experience thus far. If you are looking to expand your collection, check this place out!

The price isn't the reason i am writing a 1 star review. The reason i am writing a one star review is because of the service. There was a worker that got me and my friends kicked out of the entire mall. All 4 of my friends and me went into the store and he was instantly eyeing us. It wasn't until one of my friend tossed a ball to the other so that he could see the price. my friend saw it and lightly tossed it back. The first friend that now had the ball put it bat and we continued looking around until 2 seconds later this worker that had short hair, a beard, and looked to be 22 instantly kicked us out the store with no warning. We asked why and He said that we were there the Tuesday before (1/30/24) this instance and that we were throwing a ball around the store then. I told him that it was my friends first time being there and I had been there before, but it was around 3 weeks before this instance. This little cry baby did not like that i was "talking back to him". He called security and we thought that security had let us go after because he didn't say we had to leave, but he kept following us when we would go into other stores in the mall until we stop and started talking to each other. One guard came up to us and told us where to leave and we just left. I was very disappointed because he made us wait in the rain for like 15-20 minutes for my mom to come pick me and my friends up. P.S. I don't know the workers name, but he was working 2/2/24 at 3:30p.m.

A readers DREAM, if I could bottle the smell up and sniff it all day I would. Second, the customer service is pretty good, I've taken books in for credit and they've been really nice and helpful! The selection is great too, they have newer books upstairs and horror tucked into a back corner in the basement but it's okay! I love the smells and quiet in the basement. The prices range from like .99 to 15$ I also stop by split leaf for a coffee before going in. Love the hook garden! I hope it stays around for forever!
