I have been part of 2 different groups who have tried to order jackets from this business. The first group order was placed 3 years ago. We placed the order at the beginning of the summer, and did not receive them until halfway through fall. The second group placed their orders around May of this year. We still have yet to receive them! We have tried calling multiple times! These people are impossible to get ahold of. When we did manage to talk to them, they hadn't even put the jackets together yet! This was a few weeks ago. I don't know what they're doing all day, but it's obvious they aren't working. We've given them plenty of time, and tried to follow up to get what we bought. Their lack of professionalism has set my group back significantly. They have a pattern of not getting work on time. Frankly, if they can't handle the services they're offering, they shouldn't be in business.

They do not carry much in the way of cotton quilting fabrics. Most of their fabric is flannel with some fleece and some pre-printed quilt panels. If you are looking for a specific type of fabric you may want to call ahead and check to make sure they carry it. They were well stocked in flannel so if you are looking to make baby blankets or something of that sort that could be your place. No one knows where anything is, no one knows how anything works, and no one seems remotely interested in finding out.
