If your order is simple and rudimentary, Taylor and Jenny and Emily (?) are wonderful. If you need to make any changes, they're 'accommodating.' But if things get anywhere near detail oriented, suddenly they are unprofessional, leave you out on an island to find parts/colors elsewhere that they don't have after all, and talk to you as if they are the girlfriend/boyfriend who's never wrong, hang up the phone on you, and block your number. But as the only option in town, you're forced to be one either leaving a deserved negative review such as this, or some of the others raving about their positive experience. Coleman Knitting mills HAS THE WORST service ever. They rarely answer phones, don't wear masks in the building, and every time we call to get an update they always tell us the same thing "someone paid their deposit late" when in actuality they lost the confirmation of the deposit and the hen took several months to process the orders. We will not be coming back here for any sweaters in the future. The staff is just terrible and they can barely get sweaters out in time. read more

Coleman Knitting Mills has the WORST customer service I haever experienced. I deposited $75 over the phone for a school club sweater and I found out the next day that they charged me twice. I called them to try and figure it out and all they told me to do was email the proof of the two charges. I emailed them and didn't hear back so I called the next day. The woman told me she would have to speak to another person to try and sort things out and yet again I never heard back from them. I have called every day for the past WEEK and they don't seem to be doing a single thing to give me my money back or giving me any information as to what they're going to do about it. Coleman Knitting has made student government sweaters for my school every year. The last two years have been a nightmare! They refuse to get the orders done on time, and two years in a row now, we have had to drive all the way up to Ogden to get our sweaters, we are doing their job for them!!! After that, we get back home and realize patches are missing, flags are missing. They don't take their work or their customers seriously. read more

Ridiculous. They delivered our school's student government sweaters a month and a half late, and then half of them were made incorrectly. They switched up our patches and sizes, so people had jackets that were way too small and way too big. We sent them all back with the promise that they would be back before the weekend was over. It has been two weeks since the promised return date. We have our SBO pictures this weekend and we still don't have them. Customer service is a joke and their empty promises delivery only more disappointments. I do not recommend them at all. read more

Love the jackets. Quality is very good. Ordered one day late to have the jacket in time for my daughter to have it for Christmas. Called around the 21st to just check to see if it might have snuck into the Christmas queue. I was told that it wouldn't be done until the second week in January. They would call me to let me know when it was done. My daughter called today Jan 17th and was told that the jacket was done and has been sitting there since before Christmas. Advice: Don't miss the deadline and CALL EVERY day if you are waiting for a jacket as they may not call you. read more

This place is a joke! They had my son's letterman jacket for 5 weeks, and when I called them to see how much longer they would have it they told me two additional weeks! When I dropped it off they said 4-6 weeks, which seemed like a long time already. There are no other options for us to use, so we are forced to go there! read more

They are amazing!!!! Coleman's has the BEST customer service hands down and the quality of their Letterman's Jackets is amazing. I originally had ordered a jacket from a competitor and when I received it, the colors were all wrong. The competitor agreed to replace it and after 8 months of waiting...I never got it. I went to Coleman's and ordered my daughter's jacket the Saturday after Thanksgiving...they were not sure if they could get it done by Christmas...but they did!!! They were so great to work with. They responded to my emails and personally called me to let me know the jacket was done and I could pick it up instead of having it shipped in time for Christmas! Thank you, Coleman's!!
