Great Mom and Pop type store. I needed to fix a leaking toilet and the guys here helped me pick out…read morea fill valve and tank seal kit. They told me how to install it and when I ran into trouble, they helped me over the phone. I somehow managed to destroy the old ridged supply line so I had to drive back the next day anyway. I bought a whopping $0.99 part but they the guys at Parleys were happy to spend 20 minutes explaining the difference between compression fittings and 1/2" FIP fittings for toilet supply valves....more than I ever wanted to know but they are clearly friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back for some larger purchases hopefully. The store is not as fancy as Lowes but their helpfulness makes up for that.

I bought a tube of silicone for a project, and while I was in the middle of working, I noticed…read moresomething seemed off about it. After checking the package, I realized it had expired. Because of that, I had to stop what I was doing, remove all the silicone I had already applied, and make an extra trip to return it. It wasted my time, set my project back, and caused a lot of unnecessary frustration. What disappointed me the most was the customer service. They exchanged the product, but no one apologized or acknowledged the inconvenience, and they didn't offer any kind of compensation for the time and effort I lost because an expired product was still on the shelf. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds makes all the difference. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling like my time didn't matter. Because of that, I won't be coming back.

I came in the day before Christmas eve and they told me they would have one built and ready to pick up on Christmas eve at 9 am. They even loaded the egg in my vehicle and showed me how to take it apart correctly since there's a lot of pieces to it. Since then we've been going back to this store for many of our essential items and more items for smoking with our new Green Egg. They have a lot of the same items your local Home Depot or Lowes carry without the crowds. I signed up for their free rewards and already used $40 and discount coupons from receiving them in the mail. It's convenience, handy, and the staff is great!

I genuinely wish I could give this place zero stars. I placed an online order for pickup...simple,…read morestraightforward...and somehow my items "disappeared" between confirmation and arrival. No explanation, no accountability, just a shrug and a waste of my time. The store feels disorganized to the point of being careless. The security setup is... let's just say not confidence‑inspiring. When a business can't keep track of paid orders, it's hard to trust anything else about how they operate. Overall, the experience felt sloppy and unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

I asked him if he carried an item and he said " it's upstairs on the right." After trying to find it without avail, I asked him TWICE again and he said" it's up there." Then I asked him if he could help me find it and his response was " no, we are closing soon. " Last I checked, people actually WORK while the store is open, not seemingly playing on the computer or on the phone. I get better service and attention at the local Home Depot. Aren't neighborhood stores supposed to be friendly. As much as I'd like to support Mom And Pop shops, I will NEVER come here and I suggest you don't either!

The prices of the plants are terrible as well especially with the conditions of their plants. The service is terrible every time I go it seems like the employees avoid the customers . The pricing at Lowe's is a bit extra. Lowe's quality is a bit higher than Walmart and target but that doesn't mean much. I recommend going to Home Depot which I have positive experience with customer service, better plants and conditions and the prices are so much better.

Tuff Shed Installation | Aug 4, 2026 Just after 8:00 am a…read moretruck rolled into our HOA pulling a trailer filled with prefabricated shed parts. The Tuff Shed installation team stepped out of the truck and began their work. Watching them was like watching two tap-dancers tap, tap, tapping out their work with precision while never missing a beat. Each knew exactly what to do when. Their show began by pulling tools and materials from their truck and laying everything out on the lawn. The walls shot up, followed in quick succession by the roof, the shingles, the loft, and the door; then came a swift cleanup, and just like that--it was complete. Having spent countless hours around construction sites, I know how easily unexpected complications can cause tempers to flare and the air to turn blue. Yet, these two individuals were a remarkable exception. Despite laboring at a grueling, relentless pace for over seven hours in suffocating 90-degree heat, their composure never wavered. Not once did either worker raise their voice or flash a critical remark at the other. Your installers are clearly committed to quality. I watched one of them trim a plywood sheet for an awkward overhead space. It was late in day and 91-degree. After the fourth try, the installer was frustrated. He dropped his tape measure and sighed deeply but then picked it up and measured again. He hoisted the heavy sheet back into position, and it finally fit perfectly. He smiled and immediately returned to work. A seamless connection of self-mastery and dedication to quality. It was... unforgettable!

I only go to Home Depot for the plants. The plants at Home Depot are far better then lowes. What I…read morelove about the plants here is they have more mature plants. So when you see the dahlias here they are massive. which you don't see a lot. they have lots to pick from. But the bad part of shopping for plants at Home Depot or lowes they never water their plants correctly so the plants always have black scorch marks and the leaves are browning and dry while being green as well. So the best time to buy is when the plants are fresh off the truck and haven't got watered yet haha. But if you want massive dahlias for a good price this is the place.
