We would absolutely recommend Matias to anyone looking for a good, honest professional.

The doors he hung wouldn't shut properly and he wanted to charge me more to fix them. He installed baseboards but did a terrible job touching them up and caulking. He refused to fix them and I just spent over an hour fixing his work and I have more to do. I included pictures of trim work he thought was finished but shows that it is unpainted, not caulked, and/or unpainted spackle. His work is poor at best. Do not recommend.

Unfortunatly I cannot recommend Fresh Power Wash. They rescheduled with me last-minute (which I…read moreaccomodated). The second time they were 45 minutes late. They did not let me know, I had to reach out to them. I was promised (because of the prior rescheduling) that they would be here promptly at the appointed time. They were not and I had to reach out again. At that point I told them time commitments are important to me and that I would seek other services. They lost a very lucrative job.

I am notorious for (over) researching goods and services before purchasing, and it was no exception…read morewhen it came to finding a company to wash my house exterior and clean my windows. I am incredibly happy with the pricing, punctuality, professionalism, and service provided by Fresh Power Wash. I originally intended to hire a different company because their website allowed me to make an appointment online, however, that company required a $25 non-refundable payment in order to access their calendar - that was a deal killer for me, and I am thankful it was. I reached out to Fresh Power Wash last week and exchanged several emails with them (I had numerous questions) and they were very quick and courteous in their responses. They got me on their schedule in less than a week and today cleaned the entire exterior of our entire house AND all of our windows for less than the other company charged to just wash our house exterior. About our house, it is white and James Hardie cement board, so even though it is only 4 years old, it had accumulated a great deal of dust, dirt, and grime. I just completed the review of Fresh's work and the home looks brand new. My wife is particularly difficult to please when it comes to cleaning and she also was very impressed with their work. With regard to the windows, they have the best prices that I found. In fact, instead of considering our four front windows (which are each separated into four panes) as 16 panes, they priced them based on the number of windows (so only counted them as 4). This greatly reduced the price versus all of the competitors that I researched. I cannot recommend Fresh Power Wash enough and I will certainly be using them again in the future. My only regret is that I did not take before and after pictures to show how amazing their work was.

As a client,…read morethere is no more professional, accountable and reliable general contractor you will find to take you from start to finish on your project. His attention to craftsmanship, detail, ability to collaborate, and communication skills are exceptional. He leaves his projects only when they are wholly signed off on by a client. Andrew came to my rescue under an extremely tight timeline. It was a small job but the first before an extensive remodel to be done in phases over a nearly two year period for my new client. He offered an estimate within industry standards, showed up on time and completed it on schedule. Because of his conscientious and expeditious performance, I asked if he would like to give an estimate for the bigger project at this residence? I interviewed and received estimates from three general contractors. It was evident that Andrew was going to be chosen by my client, the property owner. To date, we have completed two of the three phases of this project. As we enter into the final phase, it is done so with complete confidence because of him and how he operates his business. He is a genuine pleasure to work with and has the demeanor you will want during the challenging process of construction. As a seasoned residential remodeler and interior designer, I do not offer recommendations often or easily, Andrew makes it a pleasure.
