I got my gorgeous wedding dress from here and I LOVE IT! My mom and I stumbled upon this place accidentally and kind of went in for fun but it turned out to be my favorite bridal shop I went into! The girls were the absolute sweetest and so helpful and nice. They really tried to get to know me and asked about my fiancé and my wedding. I was very pleased with my experience!! 10/10 recommend. **DISCLAIMER** I was a customer back in 2013, so this was a different location. However, I'm assuming all else stayed the same! I loved my experience with Allyse's. I had a wonderful and attentive employee helping me, even though I was just a walk-in without an appointment. I was actually living in Oklahoma at the time, so a lot of the business I did with them was over the phone after I put the dress on hold in person. They were so kind and patient with me and my alteration requests (taking it in and also adding buttons on the back). I had absolutely no issues with the costs, timing, and pricing. You know, I've seen the posts on here that have had negative experiences. But mine is quite the opposite. I found this boutique by happenstance, when I was driving back from a friend's, it was a busy Saturday morning but hey had time to squeeze me in. I tried on a. Few dresses before I found my dress. The perfect one. The girls over at the shop, especially Janelle, had taken their time and had so much patience with me, considering that I was living in California before getting married and moving here. I went in for a few dress fittings but I can tell you, if you go here you'll be in good hands. So sweet, and professional. I really think this was a match made in heaven. read more

They were extremely helpful when it came to picking out my dress- as well as very easy to work with in regards to alterations and try on/ pickup dates. My sister is getting married in September, so she had all the bridesmaids meet her here for her dress fitting. She had an 11am appointment. The place was packed! There were tons of people in the store, and the layout is terrible. It's hard to make your way through the store with the way that it is set up, the rocks are super close together, ad they take you behind a makeshift wall to room, tightly packed with dresses. The dressing rooms are small, so it makes getting dressed difficult, especially when you have more than one gown in the room. The lady that was supposed to be helping us was constantly no where to be seen and if she was around, she was roping a group of girls next to us. I feel like she definitely wasn't paying much attention to my sister. I was having to get clips to hold back the dress, and veils to try on because the lady didn't Help us at all. The dresses are also ridiculously overpriced. We went to David's bridal and had an infinitely better experience there. read more

I have been in this store on two separate occasions. The first, I was a walk in to look at wedding gowns. I stood by the front counter as two of the young girls working were talking amongst themselves. They never said a single word to me, even though I waited for a few minutes. So I left. I came back a second time (with an appointment) because I was determined to at least look at their dresses. (They had such pretty ones in the windows) So after making myself known this time, I waited for a few minutes again so that the owner could get off the phone. Then she showed be to the back where the gowns hung all squished together and in bags. She told me to look through them to find some I liked, then she disappeared while I looked forcing me to go find her.. again, on the phone. I found maybe 2 dresses I actually liked. The store itself has a very limited selection. Just a few different dresses in an option of white or ivory. So I tried on my dress, and waited for her to zip me up. When I got out of the pedestal to view the dress, she ran off again. I stood there for at least 5 minutes. Literally. I had a question about alterations needed, and she ran off leaving me to wait even longer for the seamstress to come over. The young seamstress girl was probably the only helpful person in that place. When I was done talking to her, I saw the owner was helping another bride. (There were only 2 brides in the store at the time, including myself.) After helping her, she ran off again while I was stuck in the dress! I waited for her to help me unzip it, but eventually asked the mother of the other bride that was there to help me. So I changed into my regular clothes and walked up to the counter where she was on the phone again. I told her I didn't find anything I liked, and left. Overall.. terrible customer service, low quality dresses, high prices, and a horrible selection. Avoid this place! I will NOT be back. read more
