I wish I could leave less than one star. Brooke is so rude. We ordered a custom dress, which takes 3 months. Paid for it up front. Two weeks before the wedding, we went to pick it up. Instead of a custom made dress, she had taken the bodice from an old dress and sewed it onto a skirt. The bodice was 3 sizes too small, and dirty to boot. Instead of any kind of apology, she stone faced said to go look at the racks of already made dresses and find a different one. We had no other choice. The wedding was in 2 weeks. My daughter was sobbing in the dressing room and all brooke says is, Are you kidding me? Zero apology. Nothing human in her reaction to the dress being so wrong. Just a, "Go start over looking for a dress." Do not go here. I wish I could stress this more. read more

Brooke said she would process my refund and I had to follow up with her 3 weeks later because she hadn't actually done it. If you're looking to consign your dress I would choose ANYWHERE else but here. They are so disorganized and never pay you the percentage of earnings that you deserve. I had to call every year and ask if my dress is being rented and they would say "oh yeah a few times this year" although I didn't get any payments for it. I would basically have to call them to ever get paid for the rentals. When I went to take my dress out of the shop because I was dissatisfied with the way they run their rentals I asked the young girl working if she could look up the number of rentals my dress had since being there. After counting them up and counting up the payments I received the owner had conveniently "forgotten" to pay me for one of the rentals. When I received a check from the owner it bounced. I tried to contact her multiple times to find a way to get my payment and got no response. I literally spent weeks trying to get the money they owed me for the rentals and finally had to threaten getting a lawyer involved and after contacting the owner on her personal cell I finally got my payment. It was a horrible experience. Overall would not recommend consigning your dress here whatsoever. read more

Some mixed reviews here but I went with my sister as she looked for a dress and we had a fantastic experience. The shop was gorgeous and trendy and the owner Brooke was really attentive and my sister got the full bridal experience of getting to pull wedding dresses, getting laced up, and fitted with accessories. They had really trendy styles that ranged from about $300-$800 with a few additional fees. If I remember correctly, this allowed you to rent the dress for two weeks (you could pay an additional dry cleaning fee if you wanted it for an open house, bridals, etc) My sister didn't end up getting her dress here but she was happy with the options, service, and entire experience. read more

I am so upset with how this business treated me. I came in the first time 2 months before my bridal photoshoot, and I found a dress in my size that I loved. There were some alterations that needed to be done and the owner said that it would be no problem to fix it to make it fit how I wanted. She never took measurements, and I had to call to remind them that I needed to try It on before. Overall it seemed like NO ONE cared about me at this place. I went to many other shops and every single one you had a personal consultant who helped you find dresses, put them on, actually cared about how I felt and how I looked. They only gave us half back even though when we went to pick it up it didn't fit right at all and she didn't seem to care. I don't want to be rude or demonize anyone but I just hope no one else has this experience. read more

TL;DR: Unprofessional owner, poor treatment of dresses and brides. Do not recommend coming here as a bride looking to rent a dress, or as a dress owner looking to let others rent your dress. I came dress shopping with my sister for her wedding. As the sister of the bride and maid of honor, I was pretty involved in all plans so I feel obligated to share our experience. First, we drove in circles because they didn't have a sign up for their shop. When we finally found it after getting lost, we saw that the sign was barely hanging on to the building and facing backwards. The people who were meeting us there also got lost trying to find this shop. 15 minutes past the appointment time, the bride was texted (not even called) and told that the owner was running late and she would be there soon. When the owner arrived, she had her child with her. It was a young toddler who could walk. She told us after they got there that her child was actually sick! The child ran around the store, touching and spitting and sneezing on dresses and veils. I understand being a working mom, but these are dresses that a bride is looking to wear on the biggest day of her life! AND these are dresses that so many people have trusted her with to rent out for them! I would hate to know how the owner herself was treating my dress, if I was renting it out through her business. It was hard to watch. I was very uncomfortable as she didn't even try to get her child to stop. Throughout the appointment, the child ran around the fitting area, in and out of the changing room where the bride was changing, and even dumped out goldfish onto the floor beneath the brides feet. The owner left me and a friend to help the bride in and out of dresses so she could care for her child. As the bride found her dress, got emotional, and tried to look at herself in the mirror, the owner allowed her child to stand in front of the mirror and slap it. I felt like the sweet and personal moments had been ruined and just wish it hadn't happened. It all felt awkward and unprofessional. I had a bad feeling all throughout the appointment and could feel that the unprofessionalism wouldn't stop there. And that feeling was valid! Fast forward to wedding week. The dress is to be shipped from Utah to Alabama. The owner ensured the bride that she shipped gowns all the time. The owner ignores 2 missed calls and voicemails from the bride. The bride was supposed to receive her dress one week from the wedding, at the latest!! 4 days before the wedding, the bride finally gets in touch with the owner as she hasn't heard anything back. She asks the owner for tracking info, and the owner looks it up for her instead of simply providing the tracking number to the bride. She says the dress will arrive TWO DAYS before the wedding... Later, when the bride called again to try to get the tracking number, the owner was incredibly rude and defensive. I heard the call and was shocked. The tracking info later showed that she didn't ship the dress when she claimed she did. She shipped it AFTER the bride was able to get in touch with her. As in, the owner shipped the dress FOUR DAYS before the wedding, even though she told the bride that the dress would be in her hands a week before the wedding day. After viewing the tracking info, the bride texted the owner, asking about the date of shipment to get clarification. The owner once again ignored the bride and never responded. Withholding the tracking information was simply the owner trying to cover her tracks. Wildly unprofessional. As a business who solely deals with brides and weddings, adding stress to a bride on her wedding week is so out of touch. After the wedding and when the dress was returned, the owner then tried to charge the bride $40 for shipping. The bride was never told beforehand about this. It just never ends with this place! Overall, the experience was horrible from start to finish. The owner does not care for the brides or the dresses. We would have taken our business elsewhere if we were aware of just how poor the experience would be. Save yourself the stress and rent or buy from somewhere else! read more

Our experience was very similar to Rachel J. We had a 10 am appt. Since we live out of state, we left at 3 am to be able to make our appt on time. That morning, approximately 30 minutes prior to the appt time, we get a text from the owner claiming that her child was sick and asking us to reschedule to 1030 or 1100. Even though we're already sitting outside the shop, we reschedule for 1030. She finally shows up at 1045 and just says, "I got here as soon as I could." She brought her children with her and they wandered the shop while we were there. She was busy with them and didn't pay much attention to us. The dresses and furniture were dirty. And yes, the shop is hard to find and has no parking. Overall, this was a pretty bad experience. read more

Such a cute wedding dress rental place! 3.5 stars Here's what I loved: -SUCH a cute setup. It's very chic inside, and they have it decorated so cute with a lot of natural light. The cute setup makes you feel like you're in a really fancy bridal shop! -Lots of options! There are tons of wedding dresses to choose from. I didn't think there would be as many as there were. They have a wide variety of styles, too. Here's what I didn't love: -There wasn't anybody helping us. At every other place I've gone, there has been an employee helping zip up dresses, bring new styles, and take unwanted dresses away. Here, there was nobody doing that, and we were in charge of all of it. When we got there, one of the ladies said, "you can look around, but make sure you ask me before you take something off the racks." And then she disappeared for an hour. Kinda weird. -The employees didn't really make you feel like a princess. When checking in, the first thing the front lady said was, "There's an $80 dry cleaning fee if you want the dress for your bridal pictures." There was no greeting or small-talk -- just an abrupt dive right into business. Nobody came to check in on us, and no one stopped to comment on the dresses we were trying on. Also, nobody gave us any instructions on how to go about looking for dresses. We got checked in, they asked our size, and then they left us standing in the entryway, not knowing what we were expected to do until we asked someone. -Many of the dresses had pit stains or discolorations that you wouldn't get from buying a brand new dress. -None of the dresses were in bags, so they would get touched by everyone looking through the racks. In the end, the most important factor in a wedding dress store is the selection of wedding dresses, and this place delivers on that level. However, more could be done regarding customer service and presentation of dresses. If you are looking to rent a dress for your wedding, definitely give this place a visit! read more

When I went in to find a dress, everyone was very nice and helpful in finding a dress. They were able to accommodate my larger bridal party as well. Unfortunately, when I went to the shop to pick up my dress, it was no where to be seen. They showed us a dress that was completely different. We had to look through all the dresses hanging up and none of them were mine. We were then forced to help the girl search for my dress. We had to search everywhere in the store and it was found on the ground in a dressing room. Keep in mind, this was a day before my wedding. We were not able to find the veil or the flower crown that I had also ordered. They should not have allowed others to try on the dress a day before my wedding when they said it would be dry cleaned and ready for pick up when we came in. Would not recommend giving your dress here to rent, or coming here to rent a dress for your wedding. Overall bad organization and lack of respect for the bride and the dress. read more

All the dresses were black from being so dirty. We showed up for our pre made appointment and there wasn't even places for us to sit. We got a 4 foot square to stand in and was basically sharing a mirror with another person. It was crowed, it was overwhelming, and not fun. No one was helpful or showing us different dresses. I walked in, told the employee at the desk what I was looking for, and then she showed us where to sit and disappeared. There were three other groups there at the same time so I didn't feel like I was being helped much at all. I know this is something to expect with used wedding dresses, but they were all dirty at the bottom, some with literal black stains. The dresses are not in bags. Hot take: You may not actually be getting a better deal by renting from here as oppossed to buying, so do your own background research on that dress you're eyeing!! Gowns originally bought in a lower price range usually rent for about a standard $300 (keep in mind you will pay an extra $80, maybe $160, in dry-cleaning fees). That being said, some of the lower priced dresses (think brands such as Adrianna Papel, BHLDN, etc) actually come out to be more expensive- or at least close enough to the original price- to rent than if you were to purchase the dress new! This certainly isn't true for all of the dresses, however. I know the shop has an $8,000 dress that they rent out for maybe $800? So while all of the try-ons, weddings, and dry-cleaning has drastically decreased that particular gown's worth, it'd still probably be cheaper to rent it from the shop than buy it from the original owner. Some additional points: -If you can, work with Heather! She is contagiously enthusiastic and will go out of her way to make sure you have a positive expereince. -As for the shop itself: The setup and decor certainly exudes opulance, however the racks crammed full with highly expensive couture left vulnerable to hands, dirt, and sweat, may make you cringe (one dress I tried on smelled distincly of body odor). Aditionally, the dressing rooms are littered with fallen jewels, beads, and sequins, which is really such a shame. read more
