There's a large area where you can see people working and then a separate one with a changing room. You change into what you want altered and then they'll come and assess what needs to be done. They're pretty upfront with prices and you can opt-in/out of stuff. Service: So sweet and friendly. I came in with a large bridesmaid dress and they were truthful about telling me to get a new one as even with alterations, it wouldn't look as good. Value: Standard pricing as far as alteration places go. They do guarantee a 1 week turn around basically no matter what which is nice. Overall, would use again.

I brought my t shirts in and the entire process was so easy. I was a little concerned at how quickly the seamstress sized up my needs (I was worried she might not measure properly) but judging by the results, I had no need to worry. They did an amazing job... and it was only $6 per t shirt!! Considering the shirts were only $10 each, I'm walking away with tailored t shirts that fit my body exactly for only $16... that's UNREAL.
