Select what you want, try them on (yes!! they have dressing rooms!) and pay for it all in one transaction. The inventory is hit and miss; each seller has their own "style" as well as sizing. Some sections have only women's clothing, others have a mix of mens, womens and even children. There's a small poster above the rack that explains what you'll find in that section. I love supporting local folks and this is a great way to do it. The pricing was also fair-not quite thrift store, but better than what you'll find at the mall. I was happy with my finds!

During busy times, processing clothes that you are trying to sell them can take a long time, but they've got a pretty streamlined system, including a monitor that will update you with the progress of your potential sale. We continue to shop and then they tell my mother in law that it was actually on hold for someone else and that they were coming to pick it up later. I speak to an employee telling her we will stick around to see if anyone picks it up and if not we will buy it and she was very insistent that this customer was "coming." My daughter waited near the front check-out desk to see if anyone came to pick up the bag the entire time and no one had come and then all of a sudden they said the customer had come, but my daughter never saw them take the bag out or sell it. It was apparent that the entire staff including assistant manager? knew about the situation and were all in on it. I'd really rather go to uptown murray or any other location now. I can't believe they would be this shiesty of human beings. I've recommended this location to my co-workers and friends which have shopped and sold their clothing items here, but I will definitely be notifying them of this situation and recommending they go elsewhere.
