While trying on my size William (the manager) offered to clean the dust off my boots, re-moisturize the leather and spray it with a weather resistant spray. Immaculate service by these two. They also mentioned a promotion they're having by scratching off a ticket to get a random discount on a pair of shoes. I got 25% off up to 4 pairs of shoes, so I walked away with 2 purchases and a discount of over $50. Great price for what I got! highly recommend these guys! Ross bills itself as a fun shopping "treasure hunt" I guess in their minds, the folks that run the…read moreOrem Ross think they're steering into this and giving you the option to play on "expert level". Maybe I'm just boring but what crackhead thinks that trying to shop and find things in your size with zero organization is fun?!! I gave up after 15 minutes and walked out. I generally like Ross but the shopping experience there has suffered significantly since the deadly combination of the pandemic and Bidenomics. That combination killed far more businesses than the pandemic killed actual people. This has led to less variety and product availability. Treasure hunts are only fun if you find some treasure and I find significantly less treasure now than I did 5 years ago and any point prior to that. I have three daughters and live in Las Vegas. There's a major East/West road that cuts across the entire valley and has about a dozen Ross locations on, or within a mile of it. My kids used to love it when I took them "Ross Crawling" on a Saturday but the joy of that has dried up pretty significantly due to less product and variety. It would be awfully hard to #RossCrawl if there was no organization of clothing items by size since you're rolling through at high speed looking for specific items, which usually includes clothes/shoes. Thankfully, the only location that consistently seems incapable of grouping similar sizes of clothing and shoes in their corresponding sections is the Orem location. Seriously, I'm not talking about a couple of items that have somehow been moved to the wrong section, it's the whole store. I've stopped at this location nearly every time I've visited UT the past 15 years and I'm done. It was so bad on my last visit that I gave up forever. I realize that many stores move their stuff around regularly so you have to hunt for stuff, which causes you to maybe find things you weren't shopping for that you might choose to purchase. To be fair, I don't love that either but this is ridiculous.

I've…read morenever been in this store before or met her but when I walked in she immediately greeted me happily and asked me if I was looking for anything specific. I was looking for a specific top and she helped me find it and even watched me try on two different sizes in order to find the right fit. I was having so much fun with her I tried on a ton of other clothes, each time opening the door to the dressing room and she would run over excitedly to see the clothes on me and tell me what she thought and help pick the right sizes. I felt like I was shopping with a friend! I love that she used my name, spoke kindly to me, and complimented me, you could tell she really loved her job and her customers. I ended up buying a few new tops and I plan to come back in a week when the spring collection comes out. After checking out, Kirstie gave me a hug, such a sweetheart!
