We left and called this store to order some boots that liked online that ended up being the wrong size. We were offered the opportunity to return them initially or go to another red wing store. No red wing store had them in stock so we called Orem to ask if we could order the right pair. We were told we would get a call back from Aimee in 30 minutes when she got to work but it ended being 4 days later. To our surprise it was the manager of whom we had never spoken to outside of just seeing him at Orem who called and refused to help. He stated that we knew it was a discount store and that all sales are final. We told him that although they are a discount store, we called in to give Aimee the commission on creating an order for us on a style we viewed online and that they were the wrong size. We told him that we needed to hurry and get a solution to this situation but he refused and started to give us a number for customers care then hung up. We called back and got no answer.Now we are stuck with a pair of boots that don't fit. If you go here and see a guy with a long beard with an attitude. Walk out. This Red Wing franchise doesn't deserve to be associated with such a good boot maker. Update: no thanks to Orem customer care helped and sent the right boots and a return label for the ones that don't fit. To my surprise, the conversation was less than 5 minutes. Orem definitely could've done better, they just chose not to.

Maybe I'm just boring but what crackhead thinks that trying to shop and find things in your size with zero organization is fun?!! I gave up after 15 minutes and walked out. I generally like Ross but the shopping experience there has suffered significantly since the deadly combination of the pandemic and Bidenomics. That combination killed far more businesses than the pandemic killed actual people. This has led to less variety and product availability. Treasure hunts are only fun if you find some treasure and I find significantly less treasure now than I did 5 years ago and any point prior to that. I have three daughters and live in Las Vegas. There's a major East/West road that cuts across the entire valley and has about a dozen Ross locations on, or within a mile of it. My kids used to love it when I took them "Ross Crawling" on a Saturday but the joy of that has dried up pretty significantly due to less product and variety. It would be awfully hard to #RossCrawl if there was no organization of clothing items by size since you're rolling through at high speed looking for specific items, which usually includes clothes/shoes. Thankfully, the only location that consistently seems incapable of grouping similar sizes of clothing and shoes in their corresponding sections is the Orem location. Seriously, I'm not talking about a couple of items that have somehow been moved to the wrong section, it's the whole store. I've stopped at this location nearly every time I've visited UT the past 15 years and I'm done. It was so bad on my last visit that I gave up forever. I was looking for a specific top and she helped me find it and even watched me try on two different sizes in order to find the right fit.
