I applied roughly a month ago and was given an interview opportunity two weeks ago. I have called four times to check on the application and was told by someone in HR each time that the hiring manager was out of town and to call back today, as she would be back. Oh Target. How I love thee. Coming into your store makes me want to buy everything that I want but definitely don't need ;) There has only been a couple times where I didn't find what I came for but it was because they were out of stock versus just not carrying the item. Service has always been good whether it be cashiers, guest services or employees around the store that I've asked questions to. This location has a Starbucks and food area. Both have been open recently, not sure if you're able to sit down in the dining area tho. Masks are required, carts sanitized as well as there is a sanitizing station at the door. I don't know if it's for customers but it's there. Store is normally clean when I've been there and only a couple times I've seen random items in the wrong place probably because of customers just putting them down wherever. read more

One of the worst Targets I have ever been in. I've never seen a Target is this bad of shape....I would never shop at this Target again.

I understand Covid has caused shortages and such in retail locations and business in general but I would be embarrassed if this was my store ! I have never seen a Target so trashed and employees that simply don't care . Things are thrown all over the place. When we spoke with our cashier upon checking out her reason for the store looking the way it did was " because of Covid we're short staffed " but wasn't her department . Very sad to see and store needs some help ! Not sure how they even throw freight or stock at night with the way the store was kept . Made it very hard to shop and locate things as well. read more

This place has gone downhill quickly over the past few years. The shoes and clothing areas never straightened. So trying to find anything in your size is basically impossible. Management needs to step up and take ownership of this store. read more

Love target in general. This one is quite nearby my house. I've visited it at various times on various days. The bargain bins are my favorite to browse through, they are usually located by the entrance. I like the way the store is set up in general. We were able to find what we needed eventually, but I could've probably used some help from an employee. One or two employees did pass by, but gave off an unapproachable vibe. No eye contact kind of thing. I think more and more stores are leaning a lot on the self checkout, there usually have only been 1-3 actual check stands open. Not necessarily a bad thing, but I have been in some fairly long lines here once or twice. Who can really predict when these rushes will happen though. All in all, some small improvements could be made, but it is a nice store. I will be back again and I'm glad that it is close to my house! read more

I didn't want to believe the other reviews but they were lying. This Target is horrible! First the employees look like they suffering and didn't even want to be there, as well as the cashier. Second, all the aisles were messed up and products everywhere, on the floor and in random places. This is the worst Target we have every been at. read more

What a bummer. I had to abandon my cart because I couldn't even push it through the aisles. There was too many clothes and hangers on the floor. I was there for about 30 minutes before giving up. I couldn't even tell which clothes were in which sections. Everything was an absolute mess. I sincerely hope that management sees this and fixes it. The store is usually okay; kind of messy but acceptable for the most part. Today was a disaster though. I am stunned it got this bad. I saw workers on the floor doing other things but none of them even glanced at the messes around the store. I understand they have other jobs they're asked to do, so maybe that's why. Management should have made this a priority though. It was so bad. The reason this gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff is always nothing but kind when I'm there. read more

This is my local Target and I make it a thing to come to Target maybe two times a month. I used to go every week, which is a little excessive. Their employees are very nice here and I've never had any issues asking someone for help locating anything. They are pretty clean and organized for the most part as well. The one thing I would say is that I wish this was a Super Target so I could do more grocery shopping. Produce is very little here, but I'm not going to deduct anything because it's not their fault that they're not a Super Target. TIP: If you shop at Target, you should definitely have a Red Card whether it be the debit card or the MasterCard to save 5% on every purchase. You should also download the app for the Target Circle coupons/deals. What's nice is that you can scan anything you pick up to see if there's any deals or deals similar to the item you pick up. Save some coins. UPDATE: With COVID-19 pre-cautions put in place, I really appreciate that they are having their customers wear masks. When I shopped there today, every customer was wearing a mask. They were doing a great job sanitizing everything and maintaining social distancing standards as well. read more

This was a quick in and out trip - though I didn't have the pleasure of strolling each aisle of this Target, what I did see was a good selection of tempting items, all well organized, neat and perfectly hanging and put away on their shelves. There's a nice little clearance section in the back with some great finds, as well. Friendly service and (at this time of night) speedy self check outs. read more

Target is okay but it's definitely cliquey like old navy or the other places and seems to focus on a particular audience..I know it's strange to say that for this type of store, but somehow it fits. I think it's slowly becoming another walmart too. They have some good deals but a lot of stuff is just too overpriced. If I didnt dislike walmart so much I probably wouldn't come here. Despite the fact that Jordan Landing just seems to be somewhat run down these days and always was a pain to navigate due to its crazy intersections, I can thankfully say that as with pretty much every location, Target always comes through. I actually used to visit this Target a lot back when I lived in West Jordan, but also found myself here just a couple weeks ago also. It doesn't matter just how run down or unlikely the location, once you get inside a target you soon forget whether you find yourself in Draper, Riverton, West Jordan, Murray, Magna or Pripyat, Ukraine. And that's really the beauty of Target stores. They are truly one of the few big chain retailers that provide decent quality goods at decent prices in clean well organized stores, and one that still have some idea of how to provide some level of service to boot. It's a Target. They are all pretty much the same, and they all take their fair share of my money. You go for one thing and leave with $76 worth of adorable ceramic owl salt shakers. I have one major beef with this location. There is very obviously a couple of extreme couponers who are doing a lot of shelf clearing here. I casually coupon, and every.single.time. I have run over here for a good deal, the shelf has been cleared within minutes. It's frustrating. I just want to buy one or two of whatever the thing is that's on an amazing special. We took some returns to target and they were able to return everything. They were kind, and confident in their work.

Always a pleasant shopping experience at this Target location. Ample parking in a plaza filled with diverse stores. Target has a great selection of products. I always find what I need here (and more). This Target does not have a fresh produce section, but there are plenty of choices when it comes to food! Most things are kept neat and tidy. Things are pretty well stocked. Employees are friendly. The only areas for improvement are to have more electronics and guest services employees, especially during busy times of the day. read more

This place is waaay fancier than Walmart, and it's not even fancy, just clean, not crowded, and organized. That's why I call it Targét (soft g, silent ending t) while raising a pinky in the air. The store isn't the largest one I've been in, but they always seem to have a decent selection of what I need in stock anyway. I like that there's a Starbucks just inside the doors to the right. I've had to use their customer service desk a few times and it's always been an easy and pleasant experience. I've also switched over to their pharmacy because I like the way they label their pill bottles. It's the simple things, really. The strangest thing about this place though is in the entrance foyer. It smells so weird... almost like vomit that's been cleaned up a thousand times. It's probably their cleaning solution and nothing else, but come on. Barf. Maybe literally. I've found their clothing to be a decent price and with enough variety that it keeps me interested. If you're in the need for a t-shirt, socks, or something that's inexpensive but still fairly well built, Targét (pinky in the air) is a solid choice. They're not my primary clothes provider, but I do snag a few things from them here and there. Their kitchen section has lovely plates, bowls and other miscellaneous kitchen wares. I'll shop here for inexpensive food photography props. I like the store-branded candies that only cost $1.00/bag. Good price, nice quantity, still yummy. I've never had a rude employee, but I can't say I've ever had one go out of their way to help me out either. So I guess you can say, "I don't always shop at a large box retailer, but when I do, I shop at Targét (pinky in the air)." read more

me and my friend enter the store just trying to get some shopping in and get a birthday gift when security kept following us for no reason. we did get these cute hello kitty mysteries box and some were open and some were empty and it felt empty for our so i went back to the toy area and security kept bugging me and he kept asking if i was gonna buy the ones that were open and i told him no cause again some were already open so i didn't wanna disrespect the item that were open and get accused for "stealing" but still i felt like i was getting harassed just by shopping like a normal customer. target do better and have some sympathy for other people trying to shop there. read more

This is a pretty nice location, not quite super store, but they do have a bit more of a food section than some others around. They are clean, and friendly. I love enjoying the smell of the coffee at the Starbucks. We are mostly store wanderers when we come here, we enjoy clothes shopping and toy shopping while we are here. So I went into Target to buy 2 jugs of laundry soap that were in the current ad, expecting to receive the $5 gift card being promoted. Come to find it was only for online orders, either delivered or picked up. How does that work? I use my car, my gas, my time and yet I don't qualify for the deal? I browse the store picking up a couple of things not on my list, giving them more of my money. All they had to do was ring me up. Hardly any effort on their part, much less than if they had had to pull my order and bring it out or ship it but that doesn't qualify? Target is the more successful older sibling of WalMart...well not really. WalMart is one of the most successful companies in the world...so maybe they're the better looking sibling then? Because Target is always a good experience. Stores are clean and well lit and organized and the employees aren't suicidal, which I really appreciate. You're going to pay a little more for that experience, but sometimes the piece of my soul that I get to keep when I'm leaving the store is worth those few extra bucks. read more

I choose to use this "mega-retailer" because the only other nearby option that I have is the nearby Wal-Mart and I am not a Wal-Mart fan. Overall, I appreciate the prices that Target provides, which seem to be as competitive or better than their nearby "mega-retailer" competitor. The best part about this particular Target is that they're not usually extremely packed with a bunch of idiot, incompetent consumers combined with the lack of experienced service personnel. Another great bonus is that I don't have to spend five minute trying to locate a parking space. In the interest of fairness, I give Target Corporation an overall one-star rating because they are like the many other "mega-retailers" that sell Chinese products. Made sure to call ahead to see if they had a certain product and they said they did and had the amount I was looking for I dove 45 mins to get there cause the target close by didn't have so I find what I was looking for and they only had 6 so I get Someone working there to see if they had more in the back I wait 10 mins and a manger said oh we don't have anymore so I asked well can you check the back she said whatever is out is out and go to another location they have the amount I'm looking for so I go to the other store and they had 5 and told me the last place I was at had 17 so thanks fist being rude to me manager lady and waiting my time going back and forth!!! read more

Customer service at the Jordan Landing location is horrible. I had two (2) items, and the short, fat, balding the register very rudely proclaimed his register was closed by shoving his hand toward me. His light was still on. This store rarely has enough registers open. I will not be back to this location any time soon. read more

I'm totally a Target lover. If you ask anyone who knows me, I'll find any reason to go get my Target fix! This Target, however, really let me down. We went to try and replace my son's tablet that was broken. We went to customer service first, the lady there was nice but quickly sent us back to electronics. She must have not radioed anyone because we waited in electronics for as least 5-10 minutes with no help as at least a dozen employees (stocking the shelves) passed by us. We finally asked one of the "stockers" to help us and he begrudgingly went and got us someone. The lady that he fetched was no help to us anyway as she had no idea about the warranty that our item had come with when we bought it. She then quickly left and about 5 minutes later we decided we wanted to buy a different tablet and ran into the same situation of not being able to get anyone to help us. We left and took our business elsewhere. I'm a pretty forgiving person but come on, Target...a little customer service goes a long way! read more
