I had Kamelia there to help me the entire time - from helping me find a suit, to finding the fitting rooms and helping me with the checkout. Heather was ROCKSTAR. She was the tailor. We were the only shoppers in the department. It was just after opening, and COVID is likely keeping things slower. There was three associates standing at the register 20 feet away. One gave a perfunctory stop by to see things were "ok" somewhere 5-10 minutes after we started to shop. We've found customer service is not a strong suite for Macy's over the last few years. Normally, we shop Nordstrom's, but in this case Macy's had a better selection of what we were looking for. We found it, bought it, and left. As we left we both knew why we normally shop Nordstrom's. Yup, I'm old school. I'm willing to pay a few shekels for quality service and advice from a good store. Macy's is not that store, although the store itself is very nice.

Oh boy. Where do I start?…read more I came in to quickly to find a dress a few weeks before giving birth. I had my toddler with me and wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible. I selected three dresses I thought might work with my baby bump. A staff member asked if she could set up a changing room for me, and I said sure. When I got to the changing room, she'd for some reason selected six or seven other dresses for me also, effectively tripling my try-on time. I gave all the dresses a chance to be polite, and only one fit over my bump. (I suspect this salesperson had never been pregnant). A few of them were hideous and made me feel embarrassed she thought I would want to wear them. I ended up buying a dress, but it was one of the ones I picked out for myself, and I was tired and cranky from having my time wasted and being forced to make nice with a salesperson when I am very introverted and don't have energy for extra conversation even when I'm not pregnant with a toddler. Also, there was barely room for my stroller to get through the store! After all that, I don't know if I see myself coming back. On the other hand, this would have been a great experience for someone who's more extroverted and wanted personalized help. With that in mind, I've given four stars--but please try to help your staff understand why this approach is probably alienating some customers.

This used to be the best local shop. Loved playing there ever week and in a market where things are…read morecrazy could always rely on them to have product at decent prices. However, there has seemed to be a shift from a focus on customers to just making money without a concern for players. A great example of this is their preorder for new Pokemon products. They are now almost, if not more than double MSRP on new releases. I have shopped here for many years and I have never been opposed to paying more than MSRP at a local game shop, but when you get distribution pricing (even if they are charging more) to market it up almost 100% is just not right for a brand new product. I know that many other shops do the same thing in the area, but they have always been that way and have not said otherwise and I know going in what I am going to experience. Riftgate has slowly changed to this. It is just as easy now to go to a card show get better trade in value and then get the product at the same almost market price. There is no incentive to be loyal to a shop that does this. It also doesn't help having an employee specifically tell you in store that the owner is talking with employees about how they can be scalpers without looking like scalpers. Well they are scalpers that look like scalpers now.

UWM Barber Shop located inside UWM Men's Clothing Store:…read more I visited UWM Barber Shop today for the first time since moving here to Salt Lake City, UT for a beard trim and line up. I was in the market for a barber who is a perfectionist, passionate, and performs like he/she is painting a masterpiece. I couldn't be any more picky on barbers as I am very cautious on who works on my beard. After an extensive search with multiple barbers and Barber shops; I came across UWM and saw Jordans picture and his profile. I also searched up his reviews and took notice that there were a lot of outstanding reviews from everyone who was happy with his charismatic personality, good nature, warm hearted, and highly valued detailed perfection in his craft. Jordan did a super amazing job on my beard. I highly recommend Jordan for anyone who wants the job done right and having an outstanding experience which is equally important to me as the trim. Keep up the amazing work Jordan and I will see you in two weeks :)
