Super confused. I was next in line and the Manager was talking to a customer, he said his name is Mark, and yelling at her not allowing a return. Fair. But dont yell at a mom in front of her kids, also just don't yell at anyone who is trying to give you business. super weird and uncomfortable. And the crazy thing is he confirmed the product was defective, but he wouldn't return it because she said they tried wearing it for a day. probably the meanest I've ever seen someone treat someone. I wish I could have done something to help. No one deserves to be treated that way. I just left the store and didn't buy anything. read more

The store refused to honor a return. We followed all the requirements posted on the website but it made no difference to them. The item was purchased online, new with tags and we had the receipt. I will NEVER EVER shop with Zara again. read more

I was in Seville Spain shopping at Zara's and I really needed to use a restroom, there are no restrooms available in Zara's stores for at all. The employee was so rude to me, it was the worst I have ever been treated in my entire life! I will never spend another dime at Zara's department store in any country. read more

Worst customer service I've ever seen. I left a review a few years ago for the same thing. The people working here are just straight up mean. I made the mistake of ordering from Zara online and when I went to make a return I was ONE day too late. The items are now final sale. I asked if I could make an exchange for the correct sizes and they said "no, there is nothing we can do." I will never be shopping here again. read more

Eh. I've heard a lot of buzz about Zara, so I decided to give it a look. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was that there were huge lines for the check out and dressing rooms. The next thing I noticed were the clothes, there seem to be two aesthetics of fast fashion here - stylish new retro, and skimpy with lots of cutouts, plastic leather, and cheap fabric. I piled up several items in the former style that I thought showed potential and got in line for the dressing rooms. I waited about 5 minutes and took my items into a small curtained dressing room. Of the 12 items I tried on, 0 fit. They look great on the rack, but fit terribly. Even the coats fit badly. There was one blouse I thought I could possibly alter to fit - but at $45 and and a much longer wait in the checkout line, it absolutely wasn't worth it. I am so glad I have never ordered anything online from this store - absolutely try it on before you buy it. read more

Although I love Zara I hate this store inside of fashion place mall. I first learned about Zara while travelling through Europe and I was young and in the fashion industry. I would always find good pieces but once they brought it to America or should I say Utah, it's not quite the same. The one in Vegas has more fashion forward pieces but this store...meh. don't get me wrong I love shopping here because everything fits me perfectly. It's cut Euro so the sizes are smaller then the American cut. So when they say zero haha well you better mean it. No matter what you are going to wait to pay and now they have self checkout!! R u kidding me? How tacky. Wow is all I can say. Cute stuff on occasion for reasonable prices but always crowded and now it's self checkout. Haha who knew? read more

Zara - Cute heels - Women's Clothing Near Me - Murray, Utah

Until yesterday, the previous few times shopping here weren't pleasant because the dressing rooms were closed, the merchandise areas were a mess, and the checkout lines were super long. Yesterday was totally different. It was like being in a spa. The lights were darkened, the merchandise was organized and less crowded, the dressing rooms were open although cluttered, and there were several cashiers so the line wasn't too long. It was a totally different shopping experience. I ordered two items online in the size I needed by easily scanning the products on their website. It took just a few minutes and was simple. I had almost given up on Zara, but someone has been trying with this store. Thank you! read more

If I was younger, and I could fit in Zara's clothes, my closet would only have Zara in it. So many cute clothes at a reasonable price. Store sections are color coordinated and are well stocked. This location is inside fashion place mall, half way down the mall from the entrance by H&M. No sales associate asked if they could help me, or even acknowledge that I was there. So I can say their customer service was lacking. read more

By far the worst service we have ever seen. I'm not sure if Zara even cares about their customers or not. Their manager, the most unprofessional manager we have ever encountered, not only berated my wife for asking at 8:01 if it was ok to pick up a dress. But left her in tears and laughed as she walked away. I don't know what is going on but apparently this company does not care about public appearances. This is ridiculous. No wonder this store only has a 1.5 star review. read more

Clothes are fine but the service is terrible. They won't do a simple exchange from an online purchase. It's 2025 every store I know can do this. But it's more than that the employees seem to be bugged when you ask them for help. read more

Service is terrible-sells clerks are rude , indignant and unfriendly . I used to love zara brand but if this is the way they are hiring and dont deliver any service, i will take my business elsewere. I certainly won't be shopping at the store. Zara will continue to lose marketshare if they don't improve their hiring , service and return policies. read more

I read the other reviews and thought people were being impatient. We'll let me say this store has crazy, crazy (like hour long) lines. I wouldn't have waited but I was returning a somewhat expensive item I purchased. Take a look at the picture. No this was not the Christmas season or anywhere near it. read more

Zara - The line started at the store entrance - Women's Clothing Near Me - Murray, Utah

I went in their looking for an outfit for travel, there was nobody there to greet me, or assist me. Being a middle age women I felt ignored by the staff there as if I was too old to shop there, I'm a very stylish woman ( genX) and I love clothes, and take care of my body and fashion. I was dissapointed that the younger girls working there lumped me in with "frumpy old ladies" and basically I felt invisible. I love their fashions, and will shop online vs in person... Sorry not sorry! read more

Incredibly cheap clothing that shrinks the first time you wash it. They're obviously aware of the garbage they sell because they have a 30 day return policy. Even if it's unworn tags on and you have the receipt they won't take it back. This is a company that will be out of business very quickly. read more

I've been standing in line for THIRTY MINUTES and there were only FIVE people in front of me. There is only one guy working and truly it's like they train their workers to move as bloody slow as humanly possible. I want to poke my eyeballs out. I am truly trying to fathom how this is even possible that a line I moving this slow. Edit: I got to the front and he sent me to a different line because he couldn't get me my online order even tho my order says I can get it from any line. I am now in the line on the men's side and it's been TEN minutes and ONE person has been helped. I would rather cut my off my legs than come to this Zara again. read more

If I could give a half a star, I would. I loved Zara when I lived in NYC, but the service and friendliness has not made it to the store In Fashion Place Mall in Murray, UT. I went in to return several items, but had misplaced my receipt. I asked if my purchase could be looked about via my card. The clerk recited a statement about "no receipt, no return." I said that there must be some way to look it up from the tags. Again, the statement was recited. I said how frustrating and inconvenient this was. The clerk said, "call customer service or go online to the Zara website. It is your job to keep trrack of your receipt, not mine." I told her that she didn't need to be rude and asked for the number for customer service. She said, "If you would stop talking, I will give it to you." All she needed to say was, "I understand your frustration. Here is a number you can call or our website." I also feel like no one is interested in helping you find anything and the place is understaffed. You are made to feel like you are imposing if you ask for help or want to check out at the register rather than doing it at the self-service register. Given the choice, I will not shop at this Zara again. read more

Waiting waiting waiting the service in this store is bad. I know why I'll never come back. The quality of clothes aren't worth the wait.

I love this store I love their clothes. It's in a good location. I am however disappointed in their covid policies not being more transparent online. Several times I have tried to go in at 5 when I am Off work.. and it just so happens that they close at 4. This is not written anywhere I can find. Even Zara.com did not have their actual hours listed. If closing at 4 is the official time WRITE IT SOMEWHERE. Waste of gas and time. read more

I asked where their clearance rack was and was told they got rid of it, which I don't blame the employee for, but he complimented my sweater and I told him the brand I got it from, and he proceeded to go on about the ethicality of Zara and other fashion brands, telling me he didn't shop there and only thrifted from places like the DI (making sure to mention he doesn't like Mormons) because they support Israel, but like HE WAS WORKING AT ZARA??? I don't know if he was trying to virtue signal or flirt with me but even agreeing with him that Israel is bad and not liking Mormonism very much, it was such incredibly grating and weird posturing I felt the need to leave a review lol, maybe next time someone asks where the clearance is just say nice sweater and point the towards some cheaper items maybe idk? read more

Fitting room is always closed! Terrible place! The management such and they mère do anything about the shop lifter ‍

Waited in line for over an hour with several staff members aimlessly wandering around. One person behind the register is not cutting it. Management needs to get things under control. We will not be returning to this location. read more

Terrible customer service its always we will get back to you in 24 hrs.nothing changes if you buy a gift card make sure before you leave the store its in the box or you will never get your money back. They won't let you talk to anyone in charged. They are trained very well to lie. read more

Worst customer service ever. Never order online from them. It's impossible to return it. I would never buy from them again. read more

Came in trying to exchange a pair of shorts who's button had popped off. The manager dismissively said she needed the receipt to make any type of exchange or return. Returned less than a week trying to make the exchange and I had the receipt. Again she refused saying she needed the tags. Frustrated I asked if there was anything else that I could do. She gave me the number of customer service. I called and without knowing any of the details said that they stand by what the manager decided. How frustrating that the company allows the shopping experience of the customer rest solely in the hands of one person. read more

Shitty hours. Literally everyone else is open normal hours... not a consumer friendly store. Would absolutely give zero stars.

I find it completely absurd that a store known nationwide is kicking people out left and right Because people are not wearing their mask. Either they get with each and every one of the states Covid protocols or they are going to lose lots of customers. As a business owner seeing dozens of people getting kicked out in a matter of seconds I find this absurd. We were with a group of 8 and all got kicked out and all of us are fully vaccinated.... get your shit together guys. Also train your so-called joke of a managerTo have a more decent and respectful delivery, complete trash bag attitude. What a shame to have an experience like this in a store I've always loved. read more

I received a birthday gift from Zara and went to the fashion place location to exchange. The customer service was terrible specially by the store manager and Brittiny, the cashier. I was Never told that I could not put a merchandise on hold for an hour while I went home to get the gift receipt. Went home and came back within an hour and the merchandise was gone. poor return policy and customer service. You need to carry your merchandise by hand or pay for a bag. The only helpful salesperson in that store was Laura. Nobody else wants to assist even the manager. read more

I don't typically write reviews for retail stores but worst experience of my life. Lines practically out the door. People in line to make purchases with hands full of merchandise. Horrible customer service. I had over 10 items when I went to the fitting room, the girl there was extremely rude, she walked away and said " you figure it out. I don't hold anything". I love Zara clothes and I don't want to be a Debbie downer but today I drove all the way from Idaho and I wanted to stop by Zara to grab my favorite roll on perfume for myself and my sister in law who is marrying my brother tomorrow. I got to the entrance of Zara at 7:52, they close at 8 and the girl at the front would not let me go in saying they closed in 5 minutes. She was very rude and would not let me go in even though I said all I needed was the perfume- not to mention they weren't closing for another 8 minutes. Terrible terrible customer service in my opinion and I'm very upset I couldn't get my sister that perfume before her honeymoon. But oh well, if they don't want my money they don't have to have it lol read more

Zara at Fashion Place does not care about their customers. I have never been there when they have had more than 2 registers open in their GIANT store for men, women, and children. There is ALWAYS a long, very slow line. Even though there are always tons of employees milling around the store, they refuse to take care of their customers and temporarily open up more registers so people can get out of there. After having an encounter with the manager, Matt, it is no wonder why customer service is so bad. I can't imagine a business who would want him as their representative. I tried to reach out to Zara, but it is next to impossible to actually contact a business anymore. All they want is your $ and for you to leave them alone. Sad. I was excited that Zara was coming to SLC, but they lost my business and my respect. I will give my spending $ to a retailer that won't treat people like crap. read more

Too bad zero stars isn't an option. Not surprised when we came to do a yelp review and saw they only have a 1.5 stars. Most reviews talk about the long line, which is totally true. If they had great customer service and quality clothing, it would be worth the line!! My husband purchased a pair of pants at this location. He only washed them once and wore them twice, once when new and once after washing them. He went to wear them again and noticed there was a rip in the seam at the waist. He owned them about a month, when we went back the same pants were now on sale for about half the original price. He no longer had the receipt but we figured they would probably do an exchange after showing them the huge rip, especially since they were on sale. We waited in line just for them to say sorry, without the receipt and since you cut a long tag with the scan code out, we can no longer take them, even for an exchange! We looked in a new pair for the tag they are talking about. It's this big, long tag that has a picture of scissors, to encourage and show you it's meant to be cut out. I believe they encourage their customers to cut it out so they can say they can't exchange their clothing without the tag and not have to do exchanges or returns. My husband was not happy. We left with the ripped pants. The next day, my husband went back to the mall for another reason and decided to see if a manager was working and ask if they could help. He found a manager and she said, sorry but that is the but here is a phone number to call if you want to talk to customer service. Of course they say, we stand by what our managers tell our customers and there's nothing we can do. So this is obviously another tactic to prevent returns and exchanges. They give their managers zero power to make customers happy and direct them to give the customer a phone number just to say no and not give a reason. This is a very poorly ran company with poor quality clothing and terrible customer service. The owner is a multi billionaire, you'd think he would concerned about reputation. All major brands and worldwide retail locations let you do normal returns and exchanges. People are too spoiled with companies who care about their customers to continue patronizing retail locations who have anti-customer policies. read more

Went to try on and had over 10 items. The woman who was working the entrance to the fitting rooms was very rude, yelling "excuse me" to every customer entering.
