Waited in line 45 mins for a return. Over 10 people came out before I and I alone was allowed in. I then had to wait an additional 10 mins in line to make my return. I am done with Zara. I can't try on clothes and it takes an hour for a return. Not to mention Zara's corporate website is awful. The girls working were rude and dismissive. If I could give zero stars I would. I called about an order I placed on black Friday. I waited a couple of weeks to call and was told in the order confirmation email I would be receiving another email telling me when my item had arrived at the store and was ready to pick up.I never received an email and when I called the store back the person I talked to blew me off and said they hadn't received any black Friday orders yet. called the store again and had the same kind of treatment but this time I called two months later! The cashier at the kids side was letting a customer try on different pant sizes at the register instead of getting the ones waiting behind her get checked out. She told me I needs to wait for the customer to see what size fit her best while I'm just standing there. Had to eventually go to the women's side to check out. read more

K so 5 stars for clothes and the store in general. It's my favorite for buying clothes for my kids but! This mean employee was so rude to me while I was trying to manage my kids and grab a couple items. She was looking at us with disgust as a couple of them were walking around the store touching clothes. They didn't make a mess and I was babysitting 2 extra kids (5 total). I FREAKING LOVE ZARA!!!! I am not even over reacting. Almost all of my clothes are from there, I am so obsessed because their clothes are so freaking cute!!! These employees are so lazy. They claim to cut down traffic due to covid when they really just want every customer completely out by 6:55 pm. Prior to that time frame they don't keep track of customer traffic. I came to return a sweater that my daughter got for Christmas from her grandmother. The girl at the counter said, you are three days too late so you have to ship it back. I said, seriously? Is there any way you can make an exception and let me return it and just buy something else here instead? She said no. I said, the Zara website says 30 days from SHIP DATE. The stupid girl says, I don't know who writes that stuff but that's not the policy...when I showed her the page from Zara website. She says I have to call and ship it back to them to return it. I ask for their names and she says, "I don't have to tell you my name. We aren't required to." I ask, where's the accountability? But judging by the look on her face, she had no idea what accountability meant as she went back to digging out cheese from under her bedazzled 4 inch fake nails. This place is garbage. And so is their customer service. Such lazy lazy lazy girls working there. But also, so was their customer service when I called them. He told me my MIL had to call if I wanted to return the sweater or exchange it. Not worth wasting time with idiots for a $36 sweater. read more

I came in at 11:30 on a Thursday morning. Found the item I wanted and went to make a purchase, only to wait and wait and wait. The customer ahead of me had over 30 items and most of them had no price tag, so the cashier was having to research each item. I asked one of the six employees who were standing around leaning against clothing racks if someone could open a new cash register. She just shrugged and told me the women's side had an even longer line. I waited five more minutes, with apparently only one item having been scanned from the customer ahead of me, so I walked to the men's side. I walked to the cash register and at least three employees walked past me, others were leaning against the wall having a nice chat. No one would help me. I asked for help and the employee told me to go to the Women's side as they didn't have any cashiers. Between the three sides, there must have been 22 employees and only two cashiers! I threw my clothes at the cash register and stomped out, complaining loudly. I guess Zara must be a phony store that is there to launder money because they have no interest in making any money. read more

I was in there to pick up an order and my daughter was running and fell and hit her nose badly. It was a scary moment for me and someone came over and asked me if she was alright and if she needed a band aid immediately. My daughter was still screaming and I was worried about her bothering other shoppers. The manager (I think her name was Natasha) sensed i was stressed. She took me to the other side of th store and opened a register for me. I thanked her profusely and she said, "I'm a mom and I understand!" I feel like I was taken care of. read more

Oh man so disappointed! I bought a beautiful blue sweater two days ago, I tried it on today and it's so itchy that I can't wear it. I looked high and low for receipt and couldn't find it. I figured maybe it fell out of bag but still went into the store to see if I could at least exchange it. (The sale person used a very small bag ). Nope! I was told I could exchange it for a different size but not different item. I had proof on my AMX app that I bought it less than 48 hours ago, the tags were still attached and still they would not help me. So bummed! I even spoke with manger, Randy and she said there was nothing she could do. So I walked out with the scratchy sweater feeling really duped and won't go back. Please don't shop here, if you don't get a paper receipt you cannot exchange. The policy isn't posted either.... read more

If I'm spending $200 at the store it seems like common courtesy to have a place to just set some stuff down I'm for sure going to buy, so I don't have to haul it around the store. One of your employees - Emily who worked the cash registers around 5:30 pm on 6/21 - rudely barked at me that she can't hold some items for me (which I was for sure going to buy) for like two seconds while I go try on more. I honestly would have bought twice the amount if the store didn't have this ridiculous policy, and if it wasn't for an employee who acted like they will get the death penalty if they break the policy. I understand that working in retail sucks and customers can be obnoxious, but I feel like this was a basic customer service request. It would be beneficial to have more customer friendly policies in the store, and giving a refresher to Emily on being courteous to customers would probably help. read more

Don't waste your time and money shopping at Zara! The quality of their clothes is similar to H&M if not worse, but it costs more! They have a terrible return policy, even if you have the receipt and wash something and a hole appeared, they still won't take it back unless the tag on the inside of the shirt is there. So don't go cutting that tag off before you wash it, because random holes appeared in two separate shirts that I purchased there before I even wore them! And they won't take them back even though the quality is crap!! And don't bother talking to the manager because she is useless as well. Seriously, $10 shirts that they won't return because they are crap?! They do not stand behind their products at all. This place is the worst. I won't be shopping there ever again. Oh, and don't ever try to return anything without a receipt, that's another big fat waste of time. They won't even let you exchange it for something else. I seriously loathe Zara now. Until they stand behind their products and support the customer, I am going to spread the word and urge you to not shop there. Save yourself the headache! read more
